The battle of the Bubble

Hello my min friends how are you all?

Ive had a great day off, enjoyed a shopping trip where I wasn't going to spend much, and promised hubby I would buy myself something not the kids... 6 hrs later I return with clothes for the LOs and knee length boots for me! Amazingly I didnt need the wide calf and they were in a clarks outlet reduced from 89.99 to 29.99! Bargain..:D

Anyway Ive survived my 1st 5 shreds! continueing on level 1 next week for 5 more the plan is to do 10 days on each level. fingers crossed I can keep it up. Ive already noticed the difference in my endurance to the tasks. :p

Today I did 21897 steps thats 9.47 miles.

My food:

2 hardboiled eggs in 60g wholemeal roll HEXB with laughing cow extra light triangle 1 syn, pinapple and kiwi pieces

banana, apple, 0% peach activia

pasta with carrots broccolli onion mushrooms sweetcorn bacon and passatta

alpen light 3 Syns

jacket potato with 30g grated cheddar HEXA and baked beans mixed with onions, mushrooms, chilli, spinach, bacon and scwarz bbq powder

Oh yeah - ate a slice of edam cheese making hubbys sandwiches for work this worked out at 4 syns, what a waste but couldnt help myself!

Dashes of milk for teas 2 syns, water, vimto and a freddo 5 syns

Im now upstairs with the house alarm on so that I won't go down picking anymore. Hubby at work, kids in bed and all quiet... hear that?.... silence... just me and my mins...

Thank you! Keep me updated, I'd love to know how you get on with it :)

will do - feeling a bit hungry tonight - trying to think how to use my syns!

I think the principle is to have 2/3 super free and 1/3 free instead of 1/3 SF with every meal. Also only snacking on SF between meals plus 2 hex per day.

I could be wrong though - not entirely sure!!

Yes that's it - you can have 1 or 2 HEx-A (not sure why they put it like that?) and 2 HEx-Bs as well.

You also have 5-15 syns too - but anything you syn has to be at the higher syn value as on Red and Green days - so the example they give is a thick pork sausage is 4.5 syns on Red & Extra Easy but 7 on Green so you have to count the sausage as 7.

Isn't it complicated?

See how you get on and if it works I may be giving it a go myself. be our ginea pig please?

Chocolate. Always chocolate.

Or wine.

Yes gone for choc - but to make it go further - I've made SW Ferrero Rocher things - will let you know what they're like!! But not going to count the scraping of the bowl and desperate licking of the spoon!

ooooooh I might binge under the pressure LOL!! Yes happy to try it for a few days but not hopeful for SAt & Sun!

If you dont succeed the weekend dont worry 5 out of 7 days should make a difference anyway, surely?

Right - just made SW Ferrero Rocher - must have done something wrong - they're soggy! Not sure whether to be pleased or sad - eaten one and going to have one more - but don't really fancy any more!

Great shopping piccie of boots please :D

Never posted piccie b4 hope it works. They are nothing posh but comfy and practical.

Here's day 2 on Success Exp:

B'fast - as yesterday - 35g muesli - HE-B soaked overnight in low fat from frais + 2/3 bowl berries

No lunch - not a good idea but was busy & not hungry - v unusual for me!

Tea - left over spag bol - made with loads of veg - with small amount of pasta

Snack - banana, few grapes , few strawbs

Drinks - Tea - ss milk HE-A - water - diet drinks

Syns - shop bought pancake with choc chips 4 syns, 2 SW Ferrero Rocher 2 syns, spoonful Nutella 3 syns - TOTAL 9 syns

Will try again 2moro - but will have lunch, SW soup and other superfree food. I think I might have put too much water in the Ferrero Rocher things - so will add more Ryvita in the morning as it is now - I'd prefer the Nutella straight from the jar!
