Right -been sitting here trying to catch up on everyones day. Think ive gone through most and nice to hear everyone is so relaxed this wednesday. My house very quiet all asleep including hubby as he is up at 3 in the morning.
Well ive done my 3/30 shred. Im really enjoying it and the 20mins seems to fly by. My thighs are on fire from squats but think i can handle it. Also managed 32897 steps today thats 14.65 miles!

I've been away for a few days - lots of walking and not as much eating as I thought (cos of the ppl I was with not my willpower sadly) but sts the same this week - better than a gain eh?
Hi mate, didnt realise you were away and got a little worried. Glad you had a chilled few days. STS isnt bad then. Ive put on without going away!!

Ive just made a pasta lunch to take out, meeting a friend for a shopping day. Don't plan to spend much but nice to window shop sometimes. will be shredding this evening hopefully.

Hi - yes a miserable day - but it's warm and bright inside the shops! I'm about to take 8 year old Poppy to Smyth's toy shop - I hate that place and get soooo bored there - think they shd have a section for adults to read!! (It's half term this week in Wales) I'm trying Success Express this week (started yest) as I've only lost 1.25lbs in the last fortnight and want to speed up the loss not sure how long I can keep it up !! Well done on taking ur lunch out and good luck with Shred - Gillian Michaels is a tough lady even onscreen!

I don't have a diary - but here's what I ate yesterday: b'fast - 35g muesli soaked in low fat fromage frais and 2/3 bowl of berries lunch - 1 rasher lean bacon - wholemeal bread HE-B, ketchup 1 syn - 2/3 plate of and melon/pineapple tea - spag bol - made with 2/3 veg and v lean beef mince - onions, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, tin toms, celery, red pepper, small serving pasta snack: banana 1 coffee - milk HEA, water, diet drinks Not sure how long I can keep it up but only lost 1.25lbs in the last 2 weeks so want to speed things up next week.
