Know what u mean - I think variety keeps me going! How about:
SW mushy pea curry - veggie or chicken, beef etc sounds horrible but is lovely and v quick to make
When my children were small they liked 'make ur own pizza' I'd put lots of toppings on the table with the bases (a SW smash one for u & perhaps them?) and they'd make them up to their own taste.
Sausage casserole with loads of veg
Mediterranean Tray Bake - Using frylight fry chicken thighs & sliced new potatoes for 4-5 mins till lightly browned, layer the chicken, potatoes, sliced onion, seasoning, tinned or fresh tomatoes & scatter with chopped garlic/herbs, few chilli flakes, lemon juice & 140 ml chicken stock cover with foil & cook at 200 degrees/Gas 6 for 15-20 mins or until potatoes are soft & chicken is cooked.
Quorn chilli and rice
Wraps - the 'free from' ones from Asda are a HEB
Omelette with bacon, mushroom, pepper, tiny bit of parmesan or Laughing Cow, onion or whatever u like
SW cheese scones and a soup u've never tried
SW potato wedges and free dips
Mushrooms fried with chopped chilli then mixed with Philli & garlic (HEB) on toast
SW brownies - less than a syn each - but I use half HEB for a few days for adding 28g apricots and 28g chopped nuts - everyone loves them here so sharing reduces HEB values. I love them with berries and yog/fromage frais
Kay's cheesecake
