Oh no... did you manage to get back to sleep? This happens to me quite often, so frustrating!

Morning been up, got house straight finished the ironing and made burger mixture ready for tonight. Fell asleep on settee at 630!?? Kids get up at 7 so werent for long. :(

Wow you have been busy this morning! I got up at 6.30 and sat on my backside until about 10 mins ago, lol!

Gosh just reading that made me tired - think I'd better have a lie down for a minute or 2.........

Hello everyone
Ive tried to keep busy so that I didn't fall asleep this afternoon. Its worked so far.... yawn....
After this mornings housework, we more or less run to school because we were late. I went to work, (didn't hand in my ideas as The managers has had a sad loss and I thought this was the last thing on her mind, so going to leave that for a week or so unless she asks me) Came home did my 15th shred (running a day behind now as I didnt do it fri)
Had lunch, went supermarket for the fresh things Im consistantly running out of, see my doctor and I am advised to stay on the pills til after the easter hols with the kids then, going for one day off one day on for 6 weeks, by then it will be centreparcs and much more sunlight which will help my seretonin levels.
Now just fed kids before the first beavers run, have a cubs one after that so won't be finished with clubs til 9pm.
Think I might be well and ready for my bed by then.
Food wise Im managing a Sexpress again, will post eats later.

alpen light 1/2 HEXB banana, apple and plums x 2

frittata made with mushrooms, onions, peppers and spinach served with huge salad

alpen light 1/2 HEXB mango and pomegranate

Burgers, (extra lean mince, onions, eggs, parsley and chargrilled chicken schwarz mix) served in a wm roll hexb with 2 cheese slices hexa, frylighted onions and tomato sauce 2 syns and another huge salad

Ooooh that's a tasty day - esp the frittata & burger - I've had my tea but cd manage one of those - more ideas for my list!

Burger sounds lush. Making me feel hungry.
 
Finished for the night. My other hexa was my milk for teas. A mini daim egg jumped into my mouth too thats 3syns. Total of 8 syns today, 15/39ds and 18965 steps = 8.14 miles.

I love the ideas of the extra hexs and as you said eating the veggies and fruit dont bother me. So far so good...
