Have fun with your little one. My eldest is also off today so he's working for me instead which has given me an easy morning :)
How's the new salad challenge going? Do you have to have salad with every meal?xx

Think im doing ok. One of ur main meals need to be a salad, i opt for lunch because its easier for me. Saying that because im sexpressing the evening meals have 2/3rds superfree anyway. I need my 1 stone award next week or ill really cry!! :(

I've sts poooooooooooooo! But that's the way things go sometimes but not happy!! I had my 1500 cal day last Weds and have been on plan the rest of the time - anyway out for lunch in a mo - then tea out - will have a salad for 1 - then back on Sexpress in the morning

Upndown you have been fantastic support to me and i try my best for you. I know ur dissapointed its really gutting when you know you've been so good.
All i can repeat to you is look at your overall picture, the last 3 weeks losses have been superb :D
Great that your not giving up and are going straight back on SE tomorrow. It will pay off, deep down you know it will. Aiming for 100% everyday is all you can do, and you do!

Oh right, I thought salad had to be in all your meals. I have salad most days anyway so not sure it would work any better for me than it already does.
You are so close to your stone hun, I am keeping everything crossed for you for your weigh in on Monday, hopefully we will both get a great loss :) xx

Hi everyone

Been quite busy today, but things going well. Ive managed another shred and I will post up my steps tonight.

Eats so far SExpress day

fruit salad - mango, kiwi, watermelon, melon, (rasp,blue,black and straw) berries and cherry mullerlight

apple, banana alpen light bar 1/2 HexB

Chicken and bacon salad - spinach, lettuce, red onion, red cabbage, carrots, sweetcorn, coriander, tomato, celery, cucumber with roasted chicken cut up and frylighte lean bacon (cubed gammon) all tossed in together hot with the cold, I love salads like that.
Oh... and 8 olives 1 syn, 30g cubed chedder hexa and a w/m roll hexB

pineapple

roasted veg- aubergine, courgette, leeks, mushrooms,garlic, peppers, baby tomatoes and herbs with cut up pork medallions and actifrylighted baby potatoes
Im feeling soooo stuffed

later I'm planning on having
banoffee cheesecake with 1 alpen light 1/2 hexb and a hot choc indulgence 3 syns
my other hexa is the milk for my 3 teas and 2 milky coffees
Ive had 2.5 litres of water so far (missing my vimto)

Well Im feeling water logged and very full but that could also be TOTM doing its usual.
I don't believe going on like this will help the scales monday but Im giving it my all, Im hoping the more I eat the more I lose.
 
Bubbles well done hun :p your doing fabulous on the challenge ! Loving the chicken and bacon salad, sounds so yummy. You've done great on low syns and on body magic and on water, your ticking all the boxes for a healthy weightloss :D. I know the water can make you feel bloated but because the body is hydrated it won't hold onto it for long, you will be going up and down to the loo all the time :p, I know its frustrating but worth it when you see the scales go down on Monday. I strongly believe the more you drink the more you lose. When I did the soup challenge with Von, we were both drinking between 2.5-3L a day, but I know its hard for some so I've said in the challenge 2L as a minimum. But your doing great with the water and food sounds all fab too, lots of superfree. I know you are really busy in the week with family and stuff, but I admire you for keeping ontop of it above everything else. :) Your doing amazing hun, pat yourself on the back mrs ! Hope you have a smashing evening .

Poop poop poop! Just looked at my pedometer and i accidentally reset it!! I know i was on 7miles at 5pm. Gutted as i wont know my steps for my 100,000 step challenge. What a bummer!!

Well done - another great day - I'm finding the water part of the challenge tough too - firstly to drink it then making sure there's a loo around when I'm out and about!
 
Morning! Im very surprised i only got up 1ce for the toilet! In fact its the best nights sleep ive had in a long while. :)
Im not sure what salad to have today yet. Will have a look and see what i have. Fancy pulses in one so may look for a recipe idea.

Morning bubble, here's to day 3 , it's going great , I need to make a new salad today but unsure what to so, I have bought some cans if chick peas , black eye peas, and green lentils , as recommended by Kay, so fancy doing mixed beans ,

Hi Bubble - just posting quickly to say hello - having a busy week - hope ur ok and on plan?? After meal out last night - stayed up late and had a nut binge!!! Bonkers I know I wasn't even remotely hungry grrrrr. Back on today so far - fingers crossed I can stay on plan - off out - will pop in to 'see u' tonightx
