The battle of the Bubble

Ive heard about the thread kay. I'll pop in at some point. Been on the go today but all calm now.

Plan gone well today. :D
Ive been filling up 500ml bottles of water and had 1 b4 breakfast, 1 at work this morning, 1 b4 lunch after my shred and 1 b4 tea, halfway through another now so over my 2 ltrs already!:p

Ill post food in a bit just going to have a quick catch up with peeps. X

Yep they kind of posted it and then asked lol its all my words so hopefully title of thread will change to `Kays Salad Challenge' very soon :D.

Todays food
Scrambled egg with mushrooms and tomatoes and half a melon

Banana, strawberry mullerlight

Wm roll hexb with bacon lettuce and tomato and fruit salad - kiwi, mango, pineapple, strawberrys and melon

Chick pea and lentil salad. - boiled the chickpeas and lentils then frylighted them with a red onion. Thrown into a salad with- cabbage, rocket, spinach, carrots, sweetcorn, celery, orange peppers. It was lush lush lush. I chucked some chedd niblets hexa and total fat free yoghurt.

Munching through a punnet if cherries at the moment.

Im on my 2.5litres of water, 3 teas,done a 30ds and will post my steps later last looked it was 6miles.:D

Have strawberry cheesecake for later hexb for the alpen lights.
My milk for teas is my other hexa.

No syns yet. My oh my this is a first that the syns are so low this week. :D:D:D

you can try to do it yourself, I think on the iphone copy and paste would be the same as you do for text messages I would think . :)
 
Ive tried kay cant do. Ill be on laptop tomorrow but your very welcome to do it for me if you want it there tonight. Sorry im crap at techy things !!!

Gosh Bubbles ur doing so well - Sexpress suits u doesn't it? Plus the salad challenge - and all ur exercise - ur going to be soooo healthy and much happier with urself this summer woo-hoo!

I've had a manic 8 days with one thing and another - and haven't been able to read/post on Minis as usual and I've missed it - hope things here will calm down here a bit - but it's always a bit bonkers tho'!
 
Would you mind posting your cheesecake recipe again? I can't find it and trying to plan a nice 3 course meal for me and the boyf tomorrow night. Need to cheer myself up and obviously the only way is with food haha!

Which one would you like mate, Ive tried so many now.
The gist of it is: alpen lights for base, microwave for 10-20 sec and squash. mix flavoured jelly or geletine with just under 1 pint. Hartleys sugar free are 2 syns the morrisons Ive found are 0 and the geletine is 0. Let it cool down and blitz with the quark. Ive found if Ive used gelatine I need to add a mullerlight flavour like toffee for example with cut up bananas (banoffee cheesecake) Kay does the cheesecakes with no jelly but I like it to set.
Today I have made a summer fruits alpen lights base with raspberry jelly and cut up berries in it as it started setting, looking forward to it tonight. I always make a big one with 4 alpen lights and share it with hubby.
Tomorrow I am going to try the cherry bakewell alpen lights with cherry mullerlight in mixture, just experiment and see what you like. x
 
Morning guys just gor back home Ive been on a little trek to morrisons Pedometer already on 6.35 miles!!! i had toilet stop at the school, morrisons, mcdonalds and at school again on way home. This better be showing on the scales Monday!! Feel like a monkey with stretched arms as I bought too much fruit to walk back with!!
Anyway planning on a shred before lunch and another 100% on the salad challenge.

Kay Im going to post the last 3 days on the new thread in a minute, its so much easier on the laptop.

Planning is key when you feel like that, have all the lovely things that you crave in SW style, it may just work.
The banofee one was chocolate alpen lights, toffee mullerlight, quark and geletine, the veggie one works just as well its only to set it. I cut the bananas ontop fresh so they didn't brown, but Im tempted to cut them above the base before pouring the topping on next time. You van also drizzle a tbsp of the choc shot for a syn, if you fancy it.

Hi bubbles your off to a brilliant start to the day, lol at the toilet stops I always have to know where they are wen out,
I'm the same wiv heavy shopping bags so easy pushing the trolley round , forget we them have to carry it home , feels like you going to pull your shoulders out sometimes,

Forgot to post on here yesterday: Steps 18180 thats 7.80 miles, im guestimating i did the same on wednesday when the pedometer reset. :cool:
