Hi diary!
Feeling sorry for myself today. Keeping a log cos im trying to get my head straight. Its seems that my down days at the moment are 1-2 times a week. It also seems to be after a binge! So im not giving up but thinking its not the depression. More to do with nutrients, vitamins maybe.? As i say im keeping a log for docs cos i really want to get off the happy pills this year. Id rather take vitamins if i need to.
Yes, good idea! Have you spoken to your doc about how to come off slowly when you're ready?
Vitamin B complex is great for helping your body deal with stress - I used to take it, as well as regular Vitamin C.
Do vitamins have to be synned though? Have never thought about that. Hmmm...
I think you've been doing amazingly well, Bubble, with your eating, your exercise, everything. It totally makes sense that you'd feel slightly more down after a binge - but are your 'binges' really that bad?
