The battle of the Bubble

How very rude calling bubble names, lol. I'm back! Had another fab weekend and now got to get my head in gear.

been catching up with both of your diaries, firstly, bubble it sounds like you have been a bit down, hope you are in a more positive frame of mind, you have been doing so well. Holiday times are really difficult so I think it will be good for us both that kids go back to school tomorrow. We can get some structure and routine back.

Im ok odd up n down days but think im still going the right way!

Planks kill me! Can just about do the lower intensity on the shred i try and go as low as poss. But ouchie!

Well done on completing day 3 of c25k, we're at exactly the same point by the looks of it. I start week 2 on Wed. Hope you're enjoying it!

Must be amazing to go into a shop and pick a size 14 up, woop! Looks like you've had a great food day and are all back on track after your day off xx

Start it at 10 seconds and work your way up. It will do your tummy wonders!

Branflakes banana fruit salad

Watermelon

Jacket potato beans and cheese 1 laughing cow extra light and salad

Alpen light, apple

(Faggi) a greek lentil, rice and onion dish made with veggie stock and lemon. Served with salad.

Alpen light,strawberry mullerlight

Hexa: 280ml 1% milk and 30g fat cheddar
Hexb: 30g branflakes and 2 70cal alpen lights
Syns: 1 laughing cow extra light
Teas: x5
Water: 2 litres
SF vimto: 2 pints
Lemon water
Peppermint tea

Exercise level 3 30ds
Steps: update later currently 7 miles

Um, yum. Do you have a recipe, or do you just do it out of your head? Just realised, you must get to eat Greek food all the time!!
I love love love Greek food, but the only syn-free thing I ever do is a lemony garlicky chicken and potato dish.

Theres loads of low syn greek food but i do like the real thing so dont mess about with it much. Like moussaka its just not right the sw way.:(
The faggi is simple.
I use a knorr veggie cube with 4 cups of water, then boil it with 2 cups of green lentils for 10 mins then add 1 cup of easy cook rice, boil til water evaporates fluff it all up adding frylighted onions and a whole squeezed lemon. More onions the tastier i normally stir in spinach too but didnt have none.
