The battle of the Bubble

I miss my family too, she drives me a little doo lally though there is always a drama going on - hence the hour long conversation! I expect she probably says that about me! hehe..:p

Oh I get that too, the long going dramas to do with her in laws lol , who needs eastenders ? xx Sisters, don't you just love them ! :D
 
3 pints of vimto (I make it in a pint glass)- yes all one after the other between the strawberrys and mango and alpen lights.... I have made 3 visits to the toilet in the last 15 minutes!!!!
 
3 pints is 1.7L, bubbly one still a lot in one hour, naughty bubble try and space it out next time otherwise your poor bladder will be crying under the strain :) xx

How did you make your meatzza?

Wanting to try something like this, I've only seen the chicken topped pizza.

Wow! Your munchies! Haha at least the majority was healthy, and although you had all that vimto it was sf and at least you upped your water intake which is good :) I struggle with that unless I'm off work, must get my bum in gear!

Hope you have a chilled(ish) evening, as much as you can with 3 kiddies! How old are they if you don't mind me asking? Can't wait to start a family!

I couldnt help it like Pipp said thought it would fill me up and stop me munching, but hey-ho it didnt work! What did work is being distracted on skype which gave my tummy time to feel full up. It just proves I must wait when I get the munchies and it will pass! (or so I hope)

Yep they mentioned that on secret eaters, when you take breaks between food it gives our brain time to think its full, they said some other sh*t too. lol :D xx

It was sooooo good. You should def try it, the kids will love making them

I started by making the tomato sauce - 1 tin of chopped toms, 6 tablespoons of tom purée, 3 cloves of crushed garlic, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 2 teaspoons oregano. Simmer for about 40 mins until it thickens. There are quicker pizza sauce recipes on here but this is my fave

I mixed 500g extra lean mince with one egg and some salt and pepper. Then I split it between two lined tins and pressed it down with a fork to make the base

Then I put them in the oven for 15 mins to cook. They will shrink a little and some moisture will come out, hence the lining

Drain them off and move them onto a new lined baking tray. Spread on the tomato sauce and add your toppings. I used peppers, onions, spinach, ham, hex a mozzarella + 25g extra (3.5 syns)

Pop back in the oven for 10-15 minutes depending on how well you want your toppings cooked.

Good fun and absolutely delicious!

Hi bubble

They are all in the land of nod now. 6, 8 and 10. They are my life and soul but they'll also be the death of me sooner than Id like!!
 
It was bloody hard! I have this pact going with Pippa, mustn't let her down.
The toilet trips have slowed down so hopefully thats it I wont make my last hot drink of the day, think that tempting fate. :rolleyes:
