Oooh not like you mrs! No down days allowed youve been doing fab. Have the pancakes with some other fruit. Im really into these its like a dessert at breakfast.

Yeah! Well abit late for today but can start adding my foody photos from now. Right I need to find you all again I have you on the laptop so have to put you on the phone, thought it would automatically do that! xxxx

When I re installed the app I couldnt find the favourites that I was subbed to, but I was looking in the wrong place. anyway all sorted you cant lose me Im like a bad penny!:p
 
Food today started off EE then switched to Green day as I didnt get to make the cowboy pie!!

So:

raspberries, pommgranate, watermelon and raspberry activia 0%

freddo

sweet pancakes, banana, fromage frais

alpen light, apple, grapes

actifry frylighted chips (3 potatoes!!) smothered in salt and vinegar with a roll and cheese slices and mushy peas. Tomato sauce. Real comfort food....:D

HEXA: cheese, milk
HEXB: wm roll, 70cal alpen lights x2
Syns: ketchup 2, freddo x 2 = 10 (or is it 9 cos its the multipack? cant remember who said they are less syns)

tea: 3 normal, 1 lemon, 1 peppermint
Exercise: c25k wk2 d2, 10 planks at 12 sec, 3 at 15sec
didnt wear the pedo but I know Ive done at least 5 miles with school runs! :D

Im still very hungry but I will wait tonight before I start picking, only have blueberries and kiwis left in fruit, might hit the carrots!

Just egg, sweetener and tad of milk mix and frylight like an omelette but the sweetener froths so it turns out like a pancake. I also tried the magic ones with the oats soaked overnight with the yoghurt and found that really tasty too. x
 
Taking DD to guides so will pop into tesco and stock up on the fruit front I need to be able to find healthy snacks to binge on. See you all later. x

Well done Bubble - but u shdn't worry about letting anyone down!! Ur doing well and we all fall off the wagon at times and we need support then - not a rollicking!!
