Food today started off EE then switched to Green day as I didnt get to make the cowboy pie!!

So:

raspberries, pommgranate, watermelon and raspberry activia 0%

freddo

sweet pancakes, banana, fromage frais

alpen light, apple, grapes

actifry frylighted chips (3 potatoes!!) smothered in salt and vinegar with a roll and cheese slices and mushy peas. Tomato sauce. Real comfort food....:D

HEXB: wm roll, 70cal alpen lights x2
Syns: ketchup 2, freddo x 2 = 10 (or is it 9 cos its the multipack? cant remember who said they are less syns)

Exercise: c25k wk2 d2, 10 planks at 12 sec, 3 at 15sec
didnt wear the pedo but I know Ive done at least 5 miles with school runs! :D

Im still very hungry but I will wait tonight before I start picking, only have blueberries and kiwis left in fruit, might hit the carrots!

Ooooh ur food is always yummy and I have had all my allowances grrrrr!! Do u fancy coming up here to be my personal chef and trainer?? Pay's not up to much but we'd have a laugh!!

Oh upndown im really peckish got to go to bed its too late to be looking for more food. I really fancy that 'something' you know when you try it all to see what it could be and its usually none of them!?

Yes I did, the creme egg was the last thing.:) Unless you count getting up at 4am starving so had a wm roll with roast chicken and salad in and a herbal tea, my plan is to count that into a red day today!:D got work things going on in my head was doing some policy reading, (head spinning) any way went back to bed when hubby came in from work this morning and have just got up again now.
Im venturing out running in the park later!:eek: My mate who has the baby wants to start sw with me and wants to do the c25k but she wont come round on the treadmill (thinks my kids and hubby may laugh) so were going to the park whilst hubbies and kids try out a bike carrier for the car, for our centreparcs trip. Hubby doesnt think we can have one on the car as we have no tow bar to attach a tailgate, but Im sure there are carriers that sit above the number plates on windscreens. We'll see... 4 weeks to go!!:D
 
You're crazy! Your photos will be great, stop putting yourself down. Anyway the elephant wayyyyyyy bigger than you. ;)

Wales does seem to have a bad reputation for wet weather - but I live on the North coast - a popular holiday area and we don't get as much rain as the mountainous areas!!

I'm late catching up with ur posts and see u had a sandwich but as ur going to work that into a red day - that'll be fine!!

I can understand that ur new job is giving u lots to think about - but a nuisance that it's affecting ur sleep pattern - ur hubby sounds kind and looks after u well!

4 weeks to ur Center Parcs hols - woo-woo!! U'll be packing clothes for a smaller size Bubble this holiday!!

I've been hungry today - stayed on plan but eaten a lot more than usual - in fact just had a meringue, yog toffee mixed with from frais and berries yum yum - but cd eat more - will try not to tho'
 
Hi all. Went wrong tonight! :banghead:
Was doing great, went for our run. I really enjoyed it out doors thought id be a mess. With the breeze and having company it went really quick and didnt feel as sweaty as the treadmill indoors. Im crap at pacing myself and my mate said i need to work on my breathing cos im panting. Other than that it was good. So i am going to work on treadmill during the week and venture out again next weekend with my friend. Oh yeah back to food. Well didnt have lunch running and sorting bike carrier etc out then by the time our mates left it was a mad rush to sort hubby out for work tonight so cooked a bung in the oven job for him and kids. Thought ill do myself something nice and tasty and on plan after my shower. But... another mate of mine knocked on door, feeling down and needed someone to cry at. Couldnt send her away...
So ive just scoffed a family bag of doritoes a picnic bar a creme egg and now gaviscon cos i have heartburn!!
I can say today went to pott! :(

Positives first - ur doing amazing with ur exercise - and u score points for having an on plan - plan for tea - if u know what I mean?? More points for being a caring friend - how could u turn her away and say I need to make my SW tea??!!

Just put it behind u and get back on track as soon as u can - u don't want to be on gaviscon all week do u??!!
 
Back on plan today and forget dorito-gate. The most important thing is carrying on. We're human we slip up but we can dust ourselves off and get cracking again! 1 blip (a small one at that!) does not a failure make ? plus you're busting your ass exercising so your body will be a fat burning machine!!

Do you have anything planned for today?

Do feel sluggish and yuck tho. So lemon water and fruit at the moment. Its Fortnight WI tomorrow! :eek:

Yep was going to do that too. Im thinking of changing WI to a wed like you. It shouldnt matter but feel weekends im a bugger so monday WI never shows lower number. X
