Im standing across the road from sch watching all the clicky mums. They think the suns out so its who can wear the least! I really cant be assed with them but ill have to cross over soon or else i wont get the girls. Got andreas mate tonight so who i normally stand with laughing at everyone not here.

Sweet pancakes with pommegranate, bluberries, raspberries and banana and a Peach 0% activia yoghurt.
Alpen light, apple, pear
Cheese salad wm roll with laughing cow extra light and blackberries
4 Bean chilli, with tinned toms, pinto, blackbean, kidney and cannelleni beans. red/green peppers, red chillies, onions, potato, mushrooms, spinach and chilli powder.
served with rice.
HEXA: milk and cheese
HEXB: wm roll and 2 70cal alpen lights
Syns: 1 laughing cow xtra light
Fluids: 2 litres water, 2 pints of sf lemon, 1 peppermint tea, 3 teas
Exercise: C25K day3 week2 and 12 Planks at 15secs
Pedometer reading: will update later currently 6.35 miles
The big mean fat burning machine did it!! C25k week2 day 3 complete, plank 1 15 sec done and...2.5lb off!

Wow that's brilliant - sooo pleased for u - u really deserve it - as u say u were more on plan than off and exercising like crazy - good idea to switch WIs too - I think Mondays are days for getting over the weekend not weighing!!
