The big mean fat burning machine did it!! C25k week2 day 3 complete, plank 1 15 sec done and...2.5lb off! :)
Imagine if i didnt have a bad weekend! :p

Lychees are an acquired taste but i like them they're a bit like a skinless grape when peeled.

Fruit and yoghurt

Apple, grapes, alpen light

Bean chilli 40g grated cheddar light

Watermelon

Garlic passata and spinach and herb couscous with salad, wm roll, greek ff yoghurt and 8 pitted olives

Alpen light

Mint hot choc and freddo

Hexa: milk and cheese
Hexb: alpen lights and wm roll
Syns: olives 1 hot choc 2 freddo 5 = 8
Fluid: 5 teas 1 sf lemon 2ltrs water
Exercise: shred, 8 x 15sec planks and pedometer reset itself so it says 3 miles i know its more as its nearly 5 miles walking back and forth from sch.

Had my rations today - but reading urs makes me want to start all over again lol! Whilst I think ur exercise if fab - think I'll just watch and learnxx
 
Did you enjoy group upndown? Read it was a lb up from your scales, but isnt that amazing cos its completely different from weighing with no clothes on! You will do great these next few weeks and its making you go back to basics by writing things down. I've got all fingers crossed for you this will be your way to target very soon. xx

Thx - yes I was glad I went back - hoping it will make me focus more!

I weighed in my clothes just before I left home - and SW scales said 1lb more - but that's ok - I'll probably find out that my scales are up and down - like their owner!

I think u know I'm obsessed with weighing? Well now I'll be dealing with me at home weighing in the morning & evening in the buff - then weighing myself on Weds morning in clothes (will have to wear the same every week!! I'll drive myself mad (but some will say I am already!!) xx

PS: I also move the scales around the bathroom till I get the lightest weight!! Who am I kidding - no need to answer that one!!
 
I used to be like that! balance on 1 leg, lean backwards, all sorts of rubbish! That is the whole reason he hides them in the loft for me. I would be on them morning noon and night. Problem is they really dictated my mood, one minute I was in heaven and the next i was bawling my eyes out. My hubby reckons Ive been so much better on this journey this time, he says im giving off good vibes which in turn get them back. Im also more focused on how im looking and feeling than what my weight should be. So if I was brave enough I would throw them out the window, but no its the numbers on the scales that determine whether we are obese or not!! aaaargh!
