Food: green day
Fruit and yoghurt
Apple, grapes, alpen light
Bean chilli 40g grated cheddar light
Watermelon
Garlic passata and spinach and herb couscous with salad, wm roll, greek ff yoghurt and 8 pitted olives
Alpen light
Mint hot choc and freddo
Hexa: milk and cheese
Hexb: alpen lights and wm roll
Syns: olives 1 hot choc 2 freddo 5 = 8
Fluid: 5 teas 1 sf lemon 2ltrs water
Exercise: shred, 8 x 15sec planks and pedometer reset itself so it says 3 miles i know its more as its nearly 5 miles walking back and forth from sch.

Did you enjoy group upndown? Read it was a lb up from your scales, but isnt that amazing cos its completely different from weighing with no clothes on! You will do great these next few weeks and its making you go back to basics by writing things down. I've got all fingers crossed for you this will be your way to target very soon. xx
I used to be like that! balance on 1 leg, lean backwards, all sorts of rubbish! That is the whole reason he hides them in the loft for me. I would be on them morning noon and night. Problem is they really dictated my mood, one minute I was in heaven and the next i was bawling my eyes out. My hubby reckons Ive been so much better on this journey this time, he says im giving off good vibes which in turn get them back. Im also more focused on how im looking and feeling than what my weight should be. So if I was brave enough I would throw them out the window, but no its the numbers on the scales that determine whether we are obese or not!! aaaargh!
