Thanks hun. I'm trying to keep my chin up but I do feel like I'm gonna have a pants day. I need to plan today and promise myself ill stick to it so here goes my red day plan:
B: SW mousse and fruit (1/2 syn)
L: ham sandwich with 2 x brown bread (b) and superfree soup
T: chicken breasts topped with tomato purée and cheese (a) with veg

Don't let this weeks results on the scales undo your hard work, If it is *week then you will almost certainly find it will have gone & more besides by next week (I can have gains of up to 3lbs on *week but its something that I just have to prepare myself for now & I don't beat myself up as I know its nothing I've done wrong 'diet wise')
I noticed you said you stick to greens as you find getting veg in difficult whilst at work. You might want to just try adding a piece of fruit with each meal if you can (I do believe SW now recommend you still try have 1/3 fruit or/and veg even on reds & greens) you might just find it helps with the losses a bit.
I always carry a couple of plums in my bag or a small tub of strawbs just to nibble on if I know ive not had anything with any SF.
