Strange how things affect us differently....
So another food day completed! Much better and much more enjoyable! I had a salad at lunch with sliced deli meats and goats cheese and then corned beef with shallots and stringless beans for tea.. Oh and eggs, sausage and courgette for breakfast!!!
Left over corned beef for breakfast... Bit scary... Calories at nearly 1200 for the day.. Will jump on the scales in the morning to see if they have changed...
Well done you! I bet your carb intake is quite low too...I'm well jealous you get to eat real food all day long....haha!
