I'm a bit cross with my scales :-( so I had a weekend off and I expected my weight to go up but as I had no more than 1200 calories any of the days I know it's just fluid... Started back on the shakes on Monday and so far only 1 of the 6 lbs has gone... Sure it should be starting to go by now??! I'm hoping to wake up tomorrow and had a bit drop... Any thoughts on how long before glycogen stores empty?!
