Well done for sticking to the plan, it's so hard to get back on track sometimes after the sugar demons have spoiled things! Pp tomorrow and back on the dukan wagon!! X
Completely forgot about PP Thursday but too shaky anyway to contemplate it for now so stuck to regular conso day - may try to slip in a PP day in the next few days but not gonna beat myself up about it!!! Work feeling a bit hard ATM but trying to remain positive - being in control of my food is helping a lot though!
B - 2 muffins
L - cottage pie with swede/carrot top
S - two pieces of toast
D - salmon and broccoli with cheese sauce/ 2 muffins with sugar/fat free USA pudding
So we will see what tomorrow brings! x
im sure you will be fine... ive been braving the scales daily not going down fast enough lol but due TOTM tommorrow so im not gonna beat myself up about it and explains the binging at the start of the week
Oh I did brave it and a 2lb gain from last week but with only two conso days under my belt since then what should I expect..... Feeling relatively in control so taking each day as it comes and thoroughly enjoying my Dukan food!!! Onwards and downwards got my LDB to fit into on 24th November so that is my goal!!! All horses good today but weather taken a turn for the colder - BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
2lbs sounds very acceptable, given the weekend you had! Well done for getting back onto the Conso wagon again. Isn't it weird how it seems relatively easy in one set of circumstances and impossible in another? When I was a student I smoked but could stop without a second thought whenever I visited my mum; as soon as I was standing on the platform waiting for the train to take me back to student life I had to light up again though. I always used to hit the g & t's when we visited my mil, and I still get the urge now, even though I stopped drinking completely months ago. They're hard habits to break, aren't they?
2lbs is fine ... i gained almost 9 lol.... bet its not as cold with you as it is here... not sure my stallions enjoying living this far north as he was running up and down the fencline during the blizzard 5 minutes ago
Don't mention the cold I am freezing ..........apparently in the wind chill here it's 0c..........and there's snow in scotland, down the east coast and into east anglia according to the forecast....I mean "HELLO - IT'S OCTOBER!" :s...very disconcerting...off to peruse some sites for thermal underwear ...better to be prepared xx
Well another good conso day - no PP day yet but I will get around to it! Work okay - horses were good..... Have a poorly horse this evening so sat watching her, vet has just left so she should start to feel a little better in a bit!!! Bless her.
Will be glad when Ben goes back to school so I can go back to a bit of a lie in!!!! LOL - been up at 6.15 each morning to get to childminder and really had got out of that routine - school is only two miles up the road so was bliss!!!!
B - 2 muffins
L - rest of salmon and broccoli bake from yesterday with extra cauliflower
S - two pieces of toast
D - chicken wrapped in lean bacon/ cauliflower/ mushroom and onion sauce/ 2 muffins
Made some delicious lemon muffins today - funny how some batches are just amazing!!!! They are always good but some are just YUMMMMMMMMIER!!!!! Have enough of the chicken/bacon/cauliflower for tomorrow lunch which I wasn't expecting! BONUS!
Salmon and Broccoli Bake (CONSO)
4 salmon fillets
1 large head of broccoli
1 veg stock cube (optional)
40gms strong grated Parmesan (I use sainsburys ready grated strong!)
1 tablespoon cornflour
250mls skimmed milk
Cook broccoli with a veg stock cube till tender, bake salmon with herbs of choice in oven.... mix cornflour with little water, heat milk until simmering and add cornflour to thicken (you may not need all of the cornflour), stir in parmesan leaving two teaspoons back. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix sauce/salmon and broccoli together and top with remaining parmesan - put under hot grill for 5 mins or until lightly browned!!! Lasted me two days!
