Well well well, I only lost 1lb, despite braving the Scan Bran for two days in a row and having under 10 syns a day, with 4 of my 7 days of this week having been Green. However, I read a quote in the new magazine a little while ago (and have forgotten it already
) and it inspired me to stay upbeat - will add it in when I nip back downstairs.
I think my downfall was lack of vigorous body magic - the weeks I have had my best losses have been in June, when I took part in the 160km challenge, and most of my kms were done by jogging/running. Taking into account my late start to the challenge and the fact that I was away unexpectedly in the middle of the month, I calculated that I completed the 160km in over 16 days, so averaging 10km a day, which 8 of which I can do in half an hour on the Wii Fit, and 2 of which I can do picking my brother up from school. Will be getting back on track with my body magic ASAP so I can hopefully lose another 2.5lbs by next week and get my stone sticker!
Also just found out I'm going away again towards the end of the month
Just for two nights, one day, and half a morning though, so I'm not too worried about going over syns as I can and will stay in control of what goes into my gob, even if I can't stay in control of what goes onto my plate!
