I need it! Have had workmen in all week and my energy/concentration/will is flagging, can't be bothered cooking so need a goal to get me motivated again!
Is it ok if I join? It's my birthday this month ( big 30!) so it's a tough month. 2 meals out and a weekend away so I need to be squeaky clean. As a result I'm going for 4 lbs
Will someone add me too please?! Can't do it as on my phone. Going for 7lbs this month!

*I love this! (stick the Quorn in a microwavable bowl, add a bit of water, cover with clingfilm, stab it a good few times with a fork, microwave at full power for three mins, let stand for one min, add half a tin of baked beans, stir, and stick back in the microwave for another three mins with no clingfilm, just one of those plastic covers if you have one, season with salt/pepper/soy sauce is my fave and enjoy!)
