The FlabFighters! - March Challenge :D

Hi everyone, I'm still looking to join but stuck in a rut fae kast week. I just can't get myself motivated at all!! Dont know what to do!! I need to loose loads but just cant cm to get bk into it!! Please sum1 gv me a kick up the bum! X
 
Well I lost 3lbs this week, am very happy with that as it was what I'd gained last week! Think I will start my challenge from here officially, as the 3lbs was already originally lost! Thank you all for the motiviation and inspiration!
 
It just occured to me how rubbish I've been at keeping you all motivated with daily pictures! So I've just had a quick search on Google, and the first thing that came up when I typed 'motivation to diet' was this, which I found quite fitting, considering it's what we're all doing!

Now I really don't get the joke, and the spelling mistake is annoying me, but his face is the same one I pull most mornings! And the strawberry on the book made me want to go and buy strawberries, because they're super speed!

Things you can do with strawberries:
- just chomp them!
- dip them in Total 0% fat free yoghurt (and granulated sweetener if you don't like them to be too plain)
- cut them up and stir into some Total 0% fat free yoghurt, before freezing for a few hours, giving you lovely strawberry ice cream
- making strawberry sundaes, Allie1904's look lovely!

Recipe:
'It's just chopped up strawberries layered with some strawberry FF yogurt and vanilla fat free yogurt. Then 10g of low fat aerosal cream on top and a tincy shake of options hot chocolate powder :)' - quote Allie!

Hehe, I did the exact same thing last night after someone was raving about strawberries at class! So I went to Sainsburys after class and I had some with yogurt and alpen hi fibre this morning for breakfast! I am so keen to get my half stone award next week!

C'mon guys, we can do it! Just realised, 11 days into the month, that I haven't set my target yet :eek: DOH! So I'm going for 6lbs to get me to target, although with being flu-ey and not so sensible with my food, I'm not too sure about that... However, trying to counter-balance by eating lots of homemade soup and hopefully getting started on my Shred DVD when it arrives! Also running 2 miles every other day (it seems less daunting than 1 mile every day) and doing the situps challenge... No wonder I'm ill, lol!
