Hey guys. Can someone update me too as I'm on my phone as well. I lost 3lbs this week. It has really motivated me and I hope that my birthday does not spoil it
 
I've just been really freaked out because you called me "Tally" (my real name) thinking "how on earth did she know that?!" and then realised I wrote the wrong name in the list, haha!

I already do the quorn and beans thing, lovely in a jacket spud!

Haha, yeahh, I did get a bit confused when I couldn't find TheMissus in the list but then worked it out :D

How are the motivation levels now? :) xxx

Didnt reach my target last month :( But still lost a stone in 8 weeks as long as I lose half a lb tonight ;)
I'll try for a slightly lower target this month 5lb instead of an optimistic 7lb!

Almost a stone in 8 weeks is wonderful! 5lbs is also not easy, well not without the help of SW anyway :) xxx

I need to get re-focused. Got my 2 stone award on Thursday and have been allowing myself a few treats here & there; packet of malteesers, chicken satay chow mein, packet of crisps to name a few. Now I need to draw a line under the celebrations and get back on track. I'll be lucky to STS this week! Help ....... I think I need to work on my new mini goals, should have a new list up for tomorrow as it's a new month!?

Do you feel bleh after eating treats? I spend a good few days feeling absolutely rotten, mind and body! Found any new mini goals yet? I was trying to have a think for you! xxx

Disappointed but knew it would happen! I went for sunbed on say and used a cream that I hv never used before. I have scalded myself. So warm to touch skin. I uv put on.aftersun, natural yoghurt. Nothing is helping. My clothes are so tight and rubbing against it all the time! Its agony. Can hardly bend! I feel like such a failure this week!! I hv been doing so well. Want to just go and have a big blow out since I hv gained weight anyway!!

Nooo, don't feel like a failure! I know this is a bit late - sorryyy - but please don't ruin all your hard work... You've done so well, why torture yourself with the pain of seeing a gain on the scales when you already have to deal with the pain of your skin? :hug99: xxx

I would really like to get down into the next stone zone by the end of march, 9lbs would do it! *finger's crossed*

Ummmmmm I'm not sure how to say this but I did my target for March last night (last WI of Feb). How I managed to lose 4.5lbs is beyond me, I think Red days are the way forward.

So I am amending my target for this month, hope this is ok :D

Red days ARE the way forward! I'm so happy for you! STILL! :D If you go to group, this means you get free classes now doesn't it? Eeee, how exciting! xxx

Had a 3lb gain this week, oops.
But onward and downwards, lots of zumba and veg this week. I want to lose 5. ambitious, but worth aiming for.:D

Oh no! But with Zumba and veg, you'll be fine! You reminded me, I need to sign up to the Zumba class at my gym before it gets sold out again! xxx

Lost 3lbs this week - absolutely delighted. Took me down into the "12s" - by the skin of my teeth, got my 1/2 stone and also got SOTW! So a blimming good week!!! :)

PS. Hope i've updated this right! Was the first person to record a loss so don't want to muck up the nice colourful list! :) lol

Fairly new to this so a bit confuddled I thought we had to weigh in on 1st March then every week and finally on 31st so we had a total weight loss for March, have I got it wrong?

Can do it that way if you want to, or update weekly? :) Either way, as long as your results are the same as your total month loss at the end, it's OK :) If you post regularly, interact with more people on the thread, motivation levels go ^^^ and that means losses usually go ^^^^^!! Well, that's what I find anyway :) xxx

10st10lbs was my starting weight on SW :) I was 11st4lbs at my heaviest, I think, but reaching size 16 because I'm a lot shorter... grr!

Oooh, I haven't done a red or green in a few weeks now! Got back into EE and I'm enjoying mealtimes more, plus I think 2HExBs get me too excited and I end up over-eating just to have the right amount of fibre when I don't really feel very hungry... Plus with EE, I know I'm definitely having SF foods every day :)

How are the syn values at F&B's? Never been! No alcohol ever for me, lol, so I can't empathise with you on that one :p Ahhh man, I really need to get my hands on a Shred DVD!!! xxx

Hi all, rubbish weekend, well it was a great weekend but rubbish on plan! Flexi syned (40 syns for both days) however and stuck to this. 100% from tomorrow - weigh in on wed. Really hope I can still lose this week - the next stone bracket is calling (I'm on xx:00!!!!) and so is my stone award!!!!

missed weigh in

well I was supposed to weigh in last wednesday (mar 2nd) but didn't go as I'd been off plan all week :break_diet:
Prior to going off plan I'd lost 4lb but when I weighed myself at home (scales weigh me the same as SW scales) I'd put it all back on :cry:

my own fault I know so I've been back on plan with a vengence and hopefully it will show at this week's WI, hoping for a good loss this week :D
 
I had a STS this week. I guess it's better than a gain, but I still don't know why it wasn't a loss. Been on plan all week. Just hoping it shows next week.
