Day 2
I am following SW EE to fit into my unforgiving red dress. I have 15lbs to go and a starting weight of 10 st 7 and only 5ft 4. My weight really makes me down so hopefully as the weight drops the saga will become cheerful. Wish me luck
Well day 3 of the little red dress saga. I was tempted to weigh myself today then stopped and didnt want to be disappointed as usual. Omg its only day 3 was I looking for miracles ( yes actually that would be nice).
Well its sunny here so may cycle to work, only problem there is its 4 miles eek. Will have to force myself as a bus journey will eat away at my meagre finances I have left till pay day .
Breakfast today is fruit and a shape 0% yogurt ( which are really filling). Chicken noodles soup for lunch, made with dried spaghetti and chicken stock cubes and ground black pepper nom nom.
Will be back later to update if I don't collapse after said bike journey. All the best today folks x
O dear was breathing through bum by the time I got to work the out with a patient in there wheel chair hope I lose some weight this week. Pasta for tea with roasted peppers and carrots with sweet chilli sauce.A shape yogurt for pud, if I shut my eyes and let my amagination go riot it will be s strawberry gateaux.
Day 4
Have had yogurt and 3 bits of fruit for beakie. I feel really hungry still.i will have a veg and lentil soup for lunch today to fill me up otherwise it will be the crisps working late shift today so prob sweet potato (baked) and tinned spaghetti and salad for tea. Cycled today and the weather was windy but hot. Not an enjoyable experience. I will hopeful wave goodbye to this excess weight and it will be easier. Soup for lunch and tea today not much time for my pasta combo::thumbdown:Tomorrow is a night out with the girls. I have 87 syns left till close of Monday. G&t x lots. Cant remember what a g&t is in syns ????
