The New Me

Hey guys thanks for all your support. I have been doing well as managed to stick to SS+ . On Friday out of the blue I was asked to go to our office in Germany. It's been the first time ever since I joined the company a year ago. So this week I am in Germany. Thank god my hotel has a gym so I can work out in evenings and prepare myself for my 10km run. I have for my shakes and mixer my soups the whole lot so got no excuse to stay of plan. I was meant to have weigh in day tomorrow but rescheduled to
Saturday so can't wait to see my results.

Just in my rooms getting ready for bed as start at 6.15 in the morning which is 5.15 uk time and need to be in the office for 7.30. How much an hour make a difference .

Hope you all had a good weekend and will need all your support this week.
 
You are really well prepared for your week in Germany! Whereabouts are you? I hope, despite your being there for work, that you get a chance to do a little sightseeing/exploring. Good luck with the diet this week! :)
 
Well what a disaster. Today I carried porridge for breakfast and realised they don't have a microwave here it was so lumpy and disgusting I chucked it away. I had nothing else to eat and had a shake but that was for my lunch so I decide just to have a sandwich for lunch.

Well I have just checked my stock and lucky enough I did carry extra shakes and will be back in SS tomorrow and should last me till Friday lunch.
I will arrive back around 8.30 at home so that's good time for my last shake as would be starving

I was careful what I had for dinner an just had a salad with a small hash brown.

Went for a run as the hotel had a gym so
Did 20mins of running so hopefully burnt some
Calories I gained.

I think your managing brilliantly and deserve pat on the back it would of gone so spectacularly wrong and it didn't well done again

I lost 4lb which I am glad as just been on and off the diet. I just never seem to have any continuity or stability. I hope this week will be the week
To kick start it for me.

I was doing well in Germany for 2 days but than the other days had to eat as we were out for meetings and it's hard when u in a new office and the questions so I just thought forget it.

On the other hand my preparation for my 10km run is improving an seems that's the only thing working. I managed to do 5km in 33.5mins that's was 6.5mins faster than my first attempt. I now need to reduce it by 4 for minutes but hopefully I will get there in 2 weeks time.

Hope you all had a food weekend and I really hope this week will be my first week for a full

I am stopping CD as am doing lots of exercise so recommended my my consultant. I am toning and losing small amounts with exercising so will keep it up till the 19may and than start CD After that.

Loving my exercise routine although it's a killer am sticking to it hard an fast . Been to the gym
Every day starting Saturday. Just missed Monday.

Milestone achieved today 8km under an hour

I still keep following your diaries as and when I can. My exercise routine is going well and good news is am really toning well and loosing weight slowly but I am eating everything. I guess I need to just start cutting down and that will help me
Loose more weight faster. From
Next week I have decided I should at least loose 4lb a week as will cut down the food and will update you in 2 weeks time how I am doing.

Hey tizzy,

My run went well an I completed the 10km and I ran the full way which was a achievement fore as I had trained only for 3.5weeks out of the 6 as I had work commitments which did not allow me

Unfortunately I was unable to follow a plan I
Set but never mind.

Watch this space after my holidays i am back
And starting day 1.

Hi Guys I am back on the diet after months full of events and madness.

I started yesterday and completed my first day without any troubles though I was feeling hungry so kept drinking the water to keep me going.

I really need to loose 20pounds in the next 3 weeks and I hope I can do it as usually you can only loose 14lb is what I have ready and experience before but am hoping for a miracle. I am going to do SS and see how I manage but if not than will have a small meal to keep me going. Due to my hectic lifestyle it had been hard for me to stick to the diet previously but I jus hope I can stick to it for 3 weeks before I m off on holiday to attend a wedding.

If I loose what I want I will be over the moon so I am really hoping to loose a stone in my first week and 6lb there after in the second week and anything after that will be a bonus. This is me being very optimistic

Let's See how it goes

Hi and welcome back!

It is too bad that your busy lifestyle seems to be getting in the way of your commitment to your diet. Hopefully you'll be able to stick to it for the next 3 weeks and experience a good loss. Given your starting weight, I think 20lbs in 3 weeks is ... extremely ambitious. People who lose a stone in a month and experience 10-14lbs in the first week or two tend to start at much higher weights - it seems it is easier for the body to lose big at the beginning if it is quite big already, if that makes sense.

Whatever happens, if you stick to it, you will lose weight! Good luck!
 
Thanks Tizzy. I just hope I can stick to it as things are calming down in my hectic lifelstyle and don't have much parties or wedding to attend to except for just one Sunday which I intend still to stick to my diet.

Things are going well for me, thanks. My losses have slowed down, but am going to stick with it for 2 more weeks and then I'm on vacation. Will get back on CD again when I get back, as I've decided to do a "Phase 2". I've decided to set a 2nd (and hopefully final) target, as I want to take advantage of being on CD as much as possible....and I certainly don't want to ever have to do this again!

My diary is "I'd like to lose it, lose it" as per the film Madagascar. :) Come visit!
