Finally completed day 3 without any breakdowns do am really happy with myself.
I has been having a protein meal in the days I gym it as really struggle if I don't and this way u manage to stick to the diet
This morning I weighed myself so I had lost 4lb so was really happy that is 2lb for each day so now I will weight myself on Friday again and hope i have lost another 4.
