I'm fine PS, I had a sneaky peak on the scales this morning and they are showing a sts :rolleyes:, needless to say I'm not a happy bunny . Anyway there are still a few days till Tuesday hopefully they will move downwards :) . How are you feeling about Tuesday hun ? How many lbs away are you from getting your 3 1/2 award ?

Hehe, that's alright. Looking forward to going tonight now. Warren has just finished nightshift this morning so he's off to bed. When I finish work it gives me a couple of hours to go home and get myself sorted before I pick him up, as our tables booked for 7pm. Should be nice! :)

Oh no!! You're right though, still plenty of time before Tuesday for things to change. Plus look at the last few weeks when you've not expected great things and you've had losses and got your new award!

I'm really really nervous for Tuesday. I had a sneaky peek this morning as well and my home scales are showing 11st 2.5lb, which would be a loss of 2lb from Tuesday night. I need 1lb (to be at 11st 3.5lb) for my award, but if I'm honest I'm hoping for a hell of a lot more after last week. I know I should just be happy with a loss, but I can't lie. I would be gutted with just 1 or 2lb off. But we will wait and see! There's still 5 full days of food optimising ahead of me before I get weighed on Tuesday night. So we'll see what happens.

Had a lovely night last night. The food was gorgeous and the company was even better :)

Just had a yummy brunch! Now I'm just quickly going to get changed and then I'm getting my nails done at 12. Chill out for the rest of the day whilst Warren is at footy, and then back to his for a cosy night tonight. I love weekends.

Morning diary. Ugh, is it really Monday again already? I seem to say this every week, but the weekends go far too quickly!! I shared a picture on facebook this morning, one of those funny E-card things, as it seemed so apt. It said "the first 5 days after the weekend are always the hardest", lol! Is it Friday yet???

My legs are feeling the burn this morning! I started the "30 day squat challenge" again on Saturday morning. I started doing it ages ago but then I started going to my gym classes so didn't bother any more. It must be almost a year since I've done exercise of any shape or form, so I am definitely feeling it lol! Plus the fact I've been wearing a weight vest whilst doing it - it's designed exactly for things like squats, lunges, running, etc - to try and improve the results even more. I weighed it at home, out of curiosity, because it's SO heavy. And it weighs a stone and a half!! To think that pre-SW I was permanantly wearing about 2 and a half of them is crazy, and it puts it into some perspective the pressure I must have been putting on my joints etc. when I was heavier. Anyway, it's day 3 today so will complete that when I get home tonight. 60 squats today and then it's a rest day tomorrow.

Feeling pretty anxious about weigh in tomorrow. I've had another 100% week and have felt really good, but I'm just not sure what the scales will say tomorrow. Obviously after last weeks shocker. I'm not going to lie, I will be pretty disappointed and disheartened if I don't get a biggish loss. But we'll just have to wait and see I guess!

Food sounds amazing for the last few days! Serious drool! I need to stop being such a good minis reader so early in the day! I make myself so hungry! Fingers crossed for tomorrow, fellow Tuesday weigher! I'm hoping for a good result too! I have managed 2 weeks in a row totally on plan, I can't remember the last time that happened!xx
 
Food sounds lush for today! love pizza topped chicken. We're having hunters chicken tomorrow going to ask my mam to make the barbecue sauce from the little sauce book for it :) cos I'm at work so mam will cook my tea tomorrow lol

well done on getting back into exercise, i really love it as everyone knows lol I'd find it hard to stop completely now!
its scary to think the weight we used to carry around. My mam got a big bag of potatoes from somewhere at the weekend and they were selling them as 5st bags, I tried to lift it and it was so heavy! To think I've lost nearly two?! Madness! Puts everything into perspective doesn't it x

Morning diary, happy pancake day!!

It's also weigh day - eek, feeling slightly nervous after last week. I know I've been 100% again this week, but last week was so unexpected that I'm a bit frightened that the same could happen tonight. I hope not. I'm hoping for quite a decent loss - aiming for about 3lb. I won't lie, I'll be a little disappointed if it's any less. But hey, ho! So long as I finally get that blooming 3.5 stone award then I should be happy. I'll report back later anyway!
