Morning diary. Ugh, is it really Monday again already? I seem to say this every week, but the weekends go far too quickly!! I shared a picture on facebook this morning, one of those funny E-card things, as it seemed so apt. It said "the first 5 days after the weekend are always the hardest", lol! Is it Friday yet???
My legs are feeling the burn this morning! I started the "30 day squat challenge" again on Saturday morning. I started doing it ages ago but then I started going to my gym classes so didn't bother any more. It must be almost a year since I've done exercise of any shape or form, so I am definitely feeling it lol! Plus the fact I've been wearing a weight vest whilst doing it - it's designed exactly for things like squats, lunges, running, etc - to try and improve the results even more. I weighed it at home, out of curiosity, because it's SO heavy. And it weighs a stone and a half!! To think that pre-SW I was permanantly wearing about 2 and a half of them is crazy, and it puts it into some perspective the pressure I must have been putting on my joints etc. when I was heavier. Anyway, it's day 3 today so will complete that when I get home tonight. 60 squats today and then it's a rest day tomorrow.
Feeling pretty anxious about weigh in tomorrow. I've had another 100% week and have felt really good, but I'm just not sure what the scales will say tomorrow. Obviously after last weeks shocker. I'm not going to lie, I will be pretty disappointed and disheartened if I don't get a biggish loss. But we'll just have to wait and see I guess!
