Take jeans off next week (dont be nude though - wear trousers/leggings!) and SOTW could be yours! Jeans weigh about .5 or 1lb!!!!

I was really good before my day in York on Saturday, so I guess that's what's evened it out and given me the loss! And like I say I had jeans on too, so it may even have been a little more! Just going to do the usual this week and see what happens :) x

Well I am fed up this week. Haven't had a single day on plan yet!! I've been scoffing all sorts...Greggs, McDonalds, Crisps, Chocolates, Biscuits. I feel like a big fat pig. But I'm stuck in this cycle. I'm a massive emotional eater and I feel like things have just gotten on top of me this week, feeling really low today. I don't know what to do with myself. The problem is, once I'm off the wagon I find it really hard to get back on it until I've had my official weigh in and found out the damage. I don't want to carry on like this until Tuesday though, or I'll have put stacks back on! I keep saying, I will start again tomorrow, I will start again tomorrow...the problem is, tomorrow never comes. I am just feeling really defeated :(
 
I do exactly the same lady o! I know something will click eventually though! I've had 3 gains in 3 weeks but it actually seems to be negative news elsewhere that has kicked me back into line. Saying that, there are about 20 cream cakes, a birthday cake and crisps in the office today, so god knows how I'm going to cope with mother nature hungry as hell lol!

I'm exactly the same. Once I slip up, I can't get back on track until after a weigh in. No idea why, it has happened so many times! I have a few great weeks and then mess it up. It's a long way to Tuesday, you've a few days to pull it back! Why not try planning your food for today now. Write it down and maybe you'll be more likely to stick to it?

BTW you look stunning in your pics, such a great inspiration.
