Hey Stevie - it is good being back on plan isn't it? I feel better from having just one day back on plan - I do miss my evening snacks I had been having (crisp/choc/nibbles etc) but I know that I cant have them all the time!

It sure does lovely!! I know what you mean - I feel tonnes better just after sticking to it for one day. It's daft really. No wonder I was so run-down and unwell when all I was eating was rubbish. No vitamins or goodness finding their way in!!
I'm having a hungry day today and as I'm still not feeling 100% I could have quite easily nipped down to the vending machine for crisps and choccie - which, like you, I have been eating plenty of! I am really proud of myself because I didn't do that. Instead I went and got my pasta salad out of the fridge and had a bit of that instead. Only a couple of mouthfuls, but it's really filled me up and put my cravings to sleep - looking forward to polishing the rest of it off at lunchtime.
We definitely can do this. We've done it before and we will do it again! Here's to a fantabulous week xxxx
