The Princess Diaries ♥ (DIARY CLOSED - LINK TO NEW DIARY ON LAST PAGE)

Stevie you should do a few food piccys for us to be nosy at lol and ideas of course ;) x

I do now and again! Will make an effort to do more though :D xx

Hmm, may be swayed to mozzarella then. Will check how much I'm allowed now x

Really yummy! You're allowed 45g which is quite a decent amount. I had half of it melted onto my burger last night and the other half torn up and scattered over my salad, nom! xx

Just read through your food diary and it looks amazing! Full of inspiration. Joined today after looking online for ages and need inspiration after another gain!

Aww thank you, that's lovely!! Minimins will really help you - I couldn't have got this far without it. I've made loads of lovely friends on here and there are so many inspiring people, it really gives you a boost. Good luck with your journey, I'm sure you'll do grand xx

Well done on your weigh in result hun....here's to a great week xxx

Thank you very much lovely!! Hope you have a fantastic week too :) xx

Good morning diary. Thursday already, almost the weekend!! This weeks actually gone quite quickly, which is good. Last week dragged like mad!

Had a right carry on last night getting home from work with the snow. It was forecast, but they said it wouldn't lie. Surprise surprise, they got it wrong :giggle: I left work early at 3.30pm, and what is normally a 10 minute drive home from Darlington to Newton Aycliffe took me almost 1hour 45minutes!! The roads were just chaotic. I think everyone had the idea of leaving early which didn't help. I felt sick with nerves driving home as my wheels just kept spinning in the snow and the car was drifting all over the place! Nevermind though, I made it home in one piece. The majority of the snow has melted this morning, so hopefully we don't get anymore today.

Really enjoyed my Red / Success Express day yesterday. I don't often do red days but I decided to try and do more of them this week, as I know I am a carb fiend and wanted to cut down a little to give me a bit of a boost. I'm also trying to mix my Healthy Extra's up a bit too, and my Ryvita Fruit Crunch last night spread with Total 0% Greek Yogurt mixed with sweetener was absolutely amazeballs!! Yummy :)

I'm going to have another Red / Success Express day today . . .

Thanks lovely. Can't wait for my chicken parmo tonight! My group has been raving about them for weeks but I've never gotten round to trying it yet. I've been daydreaming about it all day  xx

Yep, I checked! 45g is quite a lot ill be doing them for my boyfriend aswell so won't bother weighing his lol I always try and have something that feels naughty on a Saturday now. I really look forward to something tasty and my weekly Krispy Kreme!

You will have to take a pic of the chicken parmo, sounds like something I would be interested in :) x

Here we go ladies, homemade chicken parmo...

parmo.jpg

Was blooming delicious! Really easy to make too.

Grate/blitz 60g wholemeal bread (HExB) to make breadcrumbs. Flatten the chicken breast, dip in some beaten egg and then into the breadcrumbs until it's coated. Pop on a baking tray in the oven for about 15 minutes. Take out and top with half a tub of Low Low spread (HExA) and pop back in the oven for about 10 minutes, and that's it!! Some people top their's with mushrooms or jalapenos too.

Would definitely recommend it. It's going to be a regular for me from now on xx

Mmmmm looks lovely Stevie, could even do with the smash coating like I've done on the chicken goujons I've made :) x

Yeah, fab idea if you wanted to save your B choice! Also a lady at our group did it with a Quorn fillet as she's a vegetarian, and she said that was lovely too! :) xx

Looks good, might add it into next weeks menu...my bro would like that too :) xx

Happy Friday!! :D Think we're both as glad as eachother that the weekend is in sights! xx

Om nom nom, lunch was so nice!! Have never considered using canned soup as a B choice before, but as I'm trying to mix things up a bit this week I thought I'd give it a whirl! It was so tasty - I'd definitely have it again. I also snapped up two 'Kallo' low fat rice cakes and used them as croutons, mmm

A girl at my group tried that, mixing her hexb's up and having soup so she was forced to make something else for breakfast instead of having the same things and she lost about 5lb that week! X

Morning diary, up bright and early this morning! Got loads to do today. Need to take my mam shopping for a few bits, promised I'd make them a walnut and sultana loaf this afternoon and then I need to get myself organised and ready for the party tonight. So this is just a bit of a flying visit really! May be back online later if I get the chance.

I'm having a Red day . . .
