I'm finding having the fitbit or even my old pedometer makes me work harder

Last Thursday I coped really well, today is harder but that's cos people are eating around me :(

Hi Hun, Hope today gets easier- your doing really well! Yeah I used to have a pedometer is amazing how much you do in a day!
Food looks good today, glad your having bread think that helps to keep you going, if I was having a low day think I would have soups or stir frys - it does make you think what you can get for 500 cals x
 
Bowling is in 'Bas Vegas' aka Basildon and we're going to try Harvester or TGI Friday's. Hubby will be home late tonight and bowling isn't until 4.40pm so gives hubby a chilled morning xxx

Found another calorie saver - Carrs Table Water biscuits only 14 calories and they taste alot nicer than Ryvitas xx

I was born in rush green hospital Romford - I like the bas Vegas pic cat lol - I sometimes miss the market but how it used to be not for what it is today - I do miss lakeside it's a trek to go there now x x

Good luck with fast day 500 cal challenges are fun lol I used to survive on soups rice cakes and flavours to go on top and eggs - chicken and spinach or fish and spinach - it does make you appreciate survival skills hehe

I was born in Rush Green hospital too (Aug 1981) and lived in Rush Green until 2006

Got to love a bit of Basildon ;)

Fast Day going really well, I definitely needed my lunch and so looking forward to dinner

I'm being very good as I'm resisting the homemade Choc Brownie and Lemon Drizzle cake

Lived in Rayleigh - grandad still there. He bowls at hockey bowling club still - he's nearly 90 :)

Came home really hungry, and stopped myself from eating the bread that's meant to go with my dinner

Then my izzy decided she didn't want her chocolate. I had her remaining chocolate in my hand and simply put it in the bin.

Well done you resisting chocolate xx Ive finally changed my final target to lower but only by half a stone not a stone as I think my first change in target would be too low xx

Hows your day been, I got Zumba again tomorrow and finally found my sports bra out so no knocking people out this time lol

Snacks - 2 x Rich Tea Fingers (44)

Drinks - 1.5 Teas with 1/4tsp sugar (24)
2.5 litres of water

I actually don't really like the taste of sweetner in Tea but hate no sugar even more lol so if I get desperate for a cuppa I'll have a sweetner when on Fast Day.

I only have 1/4tsp sugar which is about 4 cals but they do add up
