Have faith in the plan, it's worked for millions! I think my local Dominos has gone downhill, it's never as nice as it used to be or maybe my tastes are changing too!!!! X

U reckon?!? Although SW costs quite a bit at the Supermarket I think I most be saving money as we hardly ever eat out anymore and we never have takeaways!! X

I think so, I lost all interest in chocolate when I was on SW 100%. I think SW gets you to think of ways to have your treats with the latest amount of syns.

I found SW to be expensive, especially in Winter. I found it to be the fruit, I always use frozen veg but I don't like frozen fruit. So the cost always went on fresh fruit x

I've had 3 Mini 99 Flakes since starting, no other chocolate, crisps, cakes or biscuits and you know what I used to be like on WW! I've gone back to Frozen Veg as fresh was too expensive for the amount I'm eating, I tend to stick to normal/unfancy fruit/salad which I think keeps the cost down a bit. X

I find Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury's (their offer) cheapest for frozen fruit, that's if you fancy frozen fruit and I buy shops own frozen veg x.

We don't have a Lidl at the moment (it should be opening this year!) so I'll look forward to that when it does! X

The Pasterfields have been busy today!

I got my Fitbit Charge...i decided against waiting for the HR (Heart Monitor) as to be honest, once I've lost my desired weight I'm not going to be so focused on the accuracy of calories burnt so might as well save the money.

I'm still playing around the dam thing! Lol I'm looking forward to seeing a true reflection of a day tomorrow.

I do miss that I'm not seeing the actual calorie burn for my steps but that's okay because once I've gone past my BMR I'll be able to see the calories being burnt..

I'm on my Feast day and tomorrow will be my 2nd Fast Day eeek.

I love my Fitbit Flex sooooo much, I just know you're going to Love your Fitbit Charge! I've managed nearly 9500 steps today which I'm happy with as I've not even left the house! Should make my 10000step challenge by the end of the day! X

Feeling nervous about it but I know once I'm in the swing of it I'll be okay.

I looked at my sleep track on my Fitbit and I only had 4 hrs total sleep which isn't surprising as I had a really restless night. It will be really interesting what the sleep tracker is like by the end of the week.

I must I bulked at the price, i've only got it as hubby did Overtime when he was aboard.

I'm doing the Fast Diet by Dr Michael Mosley. I've never done the JUDDD so not sure if it's the same :?

I'm fasting Monday and Thursday with a calorie limit of 500 and the rest of the week I'm on maintenance calories
 
I think it's pretty much the same, had a look at the website the plan looks good, the fast days must be a struggle at times- can't wait to see your results.

I think I will invest in a Fitbit or something similar it all helps doesn't it x

I'm finding having the fitbit or even my old pedometer makes me work harder

Last Thursday I coped really well, today is harder but that's cos people are eating around me :(
 
DAY 5 - FAST DAY

Breakfast - 1 x Tea with sweetner (12)

Lunch - 1/2 Carrot & Coriander Fresh Soup with 2 x Ryvitas (163)

Dinner - Scrambled Egg (1 egg & 1 egg white) Mushrooms, tin tomatoes and 1 Slice of Toast (229)

Snacks - Nothing

Drinks - Water (lots of it lol)
1 x Tea with 1/4tsp sugar (16)
3 x Fruit Teas
