Evening all,

Had a fabulous fast day and even did a vigorous Zumba workout :)

Breakfast - 1 x Fruit Tea (2cal)

Lunch - 1 x Hard Boiled Egg and Salad (79cals) with 500ml coke zero (2cal)

Dinner - Coleslaw Sandwich (326cals)

Snacks - Nothing

Drinks - 1 x Tea with sweetner (12cals)
2 x Tea with 1/4tsp sugar (32cals)

Total Calories 453

Zumba 441 Calories burnt

Fab fast Claire,well done on Zumba too. I think exercising on a fast can make it a little easier as it keeps you busy! :)

I was scared I might be feel ill but I just went with the flow and wasn't phased. Now to have a lovely Feast day
 
Right I've had a lovely positive day yesterday so now to continue it through to Feast Days.

As you know I seem to be able to take Fast days in my stride, yet when it comes to Feast Days it all unravels. Not today!!!

Here's my draft day

Breakfast - 30g Porridge with Skimmed milk and banana

Lunch - 1/2 Covent Garden Soup (potato and leek)

Dinner - Chicken, SW chips and Vegetable

Snacks
 
Evening all,

Really pleased with myself as I've done a lovely healthy day and I even had treats :))

Breakfast - 30g Porridge with Skimmed milk and banana

Lunch - 6 water biscuits (was a grab and go lunch)

Dinner - 2 Sainsbury GfU Wraps, chicken with lettuce, peppers and Coleslaw

Snacks - 1/2 Flapjack
4 x Finger Kit Kat

Drinks - 2 x Tea with Sugar

I have calorie counted the day but not really taking any notice. It's about focusing on good foods
 
Today's 5 positive

1) I ate only when hungry
2) I started my home exercise regime (Hip Hop Abs)
3) I've stayed on plan
4) There's a possibility that I'm going to be working Term Time in September
5) I've stayed positive even when my childminder advised us she is retiring :(
 
a brilliant day food wise and well done on the exercise.

number 5 kind of sucks. .. But you never know you could find the perfect replacement x
