Think I've finally found the right weight loss path for me.
I'm feeling in control, i've been on plan 100% for 15 days and so far I haven't felt like I am dieting.
I have also realised that for me exercise has to be included. I like my food and actually prefer to exercise my calorie deficit rather than reduce my food

When i get started on exercise I definitely become bit of an exercise fiend....its just a shame that its easy to stop too!
I've decided that when my eldest goes swimming on Monday evening, I'll go swimming too

Definitely...i havent seen the 10st mark since early 2013. It's scary how quickly time flies because that whole time I've been dieting lol
