Yay I've done it! I've managed to stay on plan for the whole weekend

Today has turned into a Green day as we went to COSTCO so had a JP and beans

Day 3 - Green

Breakfast - Muller Light yogurt with Porridge

Lunch - JP with baked beans

Dinner - SW Chips with 40g Tomato sauce (2)
Snacks - SW Haribo Jelly Sweets (0.5)
Mr Whippy Ice cream -no cone (2.5)
2 x Finger Kit Kat (5)
Aldi Cheese Puffs (4)

Drinks - Tea (1)

HEA - SKIMMED MILK
HEB - Porridge
HEB - 2 x Alpen Light Bars

Total Syns = 15
Saved Syns = 0

Your sweets look great!

Ice creams are my weakness, so I'm trying to stay away from them and replacing for greek yogurt with whatever comes to mind. I'm not sure if I'd resist in your situation :)

I've been having a play with flavours and got some new moulds. Will put pictures up tomorrow.

I've done

Strawberry jelly with strawberry yogurt

Orange jelly with vanilla yogurt

Raspberry jelly with raspberry/cranberry yogurt

All yum lol

With the ice cream I had it then thought why bother lol

Morning all,

So back to work and just thinking of what I'm going to do food.

I'm know i'm doing SW Homemade chicken nuggets with veg and SW chips. This means it's a Extra Easy.

I'm thinking ....

Breakfast - Fruit and Yoghurt

Lunch - Cheese spread and Pickle Roll with salad

Dinner - Chicken nuggets

I'm really proud of myself as I've stuck to the plan today at work and many times I've fallen off because it's been tough but something has clicked and I'm on the go :)

Day 4 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 35g Porridge with Skimmed milk and Raspberries

Lunch - 2 x 125g Natural Fat free yogurt with Pineapple

Dinner - SW chicken nuggets (1 x WW malted bread 3) with SW chips, roasted pepper, 2 salad tomatoes and bbq sauce (1)

I'm so pleased as its the first time I've done SW chicken nuggets and everyone loved them.

Snacks - Lots of Fruit

Drinks - Tea (1)

HEA - Skimmed milk
HEB - Porridge

Total Syns (so far) = 5
 
I love that you've put them in little jars just like real sweets! They look great - best of luck with your journey, you're off to a great start :)
 
I might grab some and take them in to our group with some sweets in them for our next taster night!

Perhaps today the atmosphere was inspiring exercises, I went to the gym twice for some jogging and, believe me, I thought I'd never do that in my life!

Drinks - Tea with Sugar (0.5)

HEA -1/2 Skimmed milk & Extra light cheese
HEB 2 x Alpen Light Bars

Total Syns = 15
