Hello Ladies, I've decided to go back to the 5:2 diet. I truly love SW but I find the Healthy Extra B's too tricky when I'm planning food for the week. I have a very busy life and family. I always cook a lovely meals which are EE but struggle with the restrictions of one B. Sometimes I need 2 b. This all leads to stress and honestly I have that already in abundance lol
With the 5:2 diet I can deal with 2 restrictive days and then eat the SW way the rest of the time but give myself 2 B's if I need it.
Whatever works for you and your family is a good plan
I've switched diet a couple of times, as well. Tried WW, healthy eating and now I'm on calorie counting. I will switch again if it starts to annoy me.
Sometimes the journey is too long to stick to just one plan.
