Day 1 of being 100%

Extra Easy, used HE's and 10.5 syns
Drank plenty fluid too.

Exercise: 90mins cardio at the gym.
 
It can be so annoying. When you work so hard for every half pound and there's people have several takeaways and still losing 2-3lbs.

That's why I left my class. Too much bragging about oversynning & still losing - and getting praised for their loss! :mad:
 
Day 2 back on track for me

Stuck to plan 100%

Had 16 syns as I forgot about milk in my tea

Did 30 mins on my exercise bike.

I have stuck to my menu and measured two teaspoons of light mayo.

I went to the gym tonight and I know I am doing everything I can.

It sounds bad but it is nice to know I am not the only one in the slow gang x
 
Glad to hear yor back on the plan Latte, hope it makes you feel better.

I love my actifry, I can Syn 2 for a Linda McCartney Sausage and the fat is enough to cook the potatoes in, I have it with bake beans on the sw green plan. Yummy.

uh-oh back on the naughty step this week with a loss of 4lb. I'm sure I will be back off it again next week though! Been yo-yoing this past two weeks but now that I'm settled back on plan I am sure that it will be back to the half pound losses! :)

morning all :) this is going to be day 3 of being 100% on plan and i must say i feel loads better. more energy and not so grumpy. going to try squeeze in the gym this afternoon and take advantage of hubby being off work. hope everyone has a good day

It's funny how good it can make you feel :)

I'm on day 3 too & only finding it "ok". I think it's down the the fact that I've gone from eating everything I could, to sticking to plan 100%. I know you can still eat a lot on SW but I was filling up on lots of chocolate :rolleyes: So I feel a little weak without all the sugar but I'm sure my body will get used to it in a few more days.
 
Thanks guys, it has really given me the motivation to stick to the plan 100%. I haven't been very good for two weeks now but this has made me determined to give the plan another go. Fingers crossed I'm still partying on the naughty step next week :)
 
Congratulations on the fantastic loss Jen. Hopefully with all the 100% that's going around, we'll all be partying on a crowded naughty step.

Lisa - we can keep off the chocolate (not that I keep going and looking at the vending machine :rolleyes: - not bringing money into the office is helping there) and feel so proud of ourselves.

Day 2 of 100%

Feel full and bloated today and all I've had is fruit salad with natural FF yogurt, mackerel salad and 2 bananas.

Going for a run soon but really don't feel like it xxx

Did you go for your run? I've just done an hour at the gym. Really didn't fancy it but enjoyed it when I got there x
 
greedyguts, thats exactly how i felt on day 2, really uncomfortable and bloated it was like my body was in shock at all the fruit and veg but today i feel loads better, i actually feel like ive lost a pound or 2 just in 3 days..i know i wont have but i think im just less bloated. hope you made your run

well i have had an ok day, went to mums for tea but had rice, noodles, turjey, mince chilli (made from scratch), 1 tiny onion bhaji, and half a mini donut...so not bad at all considering how i normally do. i wont use any syns now for the rest of the night as i dont know what mum puts in her stuff in way of oil so i dont want to go over. i wont make the gym now until saturday but did loads and loads of walking today
