It can be so annoying. When you work so hard for every half pound and there's people have several takeaways and still losing 2-3lbs.

I have stuck to my menu and measured two teaspoons of light mayo.
I went to the gym tonight and I know I am doing everything I can.
It sounds bad but it is nice to know I am not the only one in the slow gang x
uh-oh back on the naughty step this week with a loss of 4lb. I'm sure I will be back off it again next week though! Been yo-yoing this past two weeks but now that I'm settled back on plan I am sure that it will be back to the half pound losses!
morning all this is going to be day 3 of being 100% on plan and i must say i feel loads better. more energy and not so grumpy. going to try squeeze in the gym this afternoon and take advantage of hubby being off work. hope everyone has a good day

Did you go for your run? I've just done an hour at the gym. Really didn't fancy it but enjoyed it when I got there xDay 2 of 100%
Feel full and bloated today and all I've had is fruit salad with natural FF yogurt, mackerel salad and 2 bananas.
Going for a run soon but really don't feel like it xxx
