Morning all. Had a bit of a blip last night and scoffed half a pizza  oh well ....
Waiting for Neil to finish farting around with his fishing hooks, then we're off to see his Gran before going to buy him a new mobile phone, as his replacement SIM has arrived
I have a disordered bowel today ... Don't think it liked the pizza
I was bang on 13 stone at WI, would be lovely to get into the 12s. But I'm not going to do it eating pizza, so .... Virtual slap across the face for me.
Well done Acc x

Try getting the pizza out of you ASAP!! Try some scanbran xxx

It was powder- gross

Had a chat with a Sw buddy who is struggling to but bless her she tries so hard and gives it everything. I have done a shop online and vowed to eat breakfast, after tonight I'm starting as if it's my first week again, but I'll have to get weighed tomorrow so I know where I am at. I've found my motivation again I think.

That's a good idea Lou :) have u tried fast forward? Xxx

Evening ladies - I'm back from hols and just about caught up here. Phew you lot do natter a lot! Had a lovely break although the weather was colder and windier than it was at home all last week.

Sorry so many of you are having a rough time - what with coughs, colds, sore throats, and * weeks - not to mention just getting peed of at the fast losers.
I am soooo with you on these folk. Tell them to come and read here to see what a slow loss is REALLY like.

It's not just PCOS that seems to affect weight loss - it's definitely screwy hormones. I had lots of problems when I was younger - hence the hysterectomy - and what with mucked up hormones and being "a lady of a certain age" getting rid of my flab was a massive long haul as you all know.

The holiday was lovely but I'm dreading the scales! Not going anywhere near them until Monday though.

We drove home the long way - all along the southern and eastern coasts - so 7½ hours in the car! So I'm bound to be bloated from that and bloated from all the food I've eaten in the last 7 days!

We went to Gibraltar on Thursday - which is Brittish of course - and I found plain chocolate digestives in the petrol station!!! You can't get them for love nor money here and they are my fave. So a pack was bought and is now half eaten!!! Hubby hid the half pack when we got home!

So I think I'm in for a whopper of a gain.

Pom's on holiday this week Lou. Smoked mackerel is now 2 syns per 100g - whoop whoop :D
Just a quick addendum - smoked mackerel is only 2 syns per 100g on red & EE. It's a whopping 16 syns on green!

Nice to see you back Pomme.

My husband has loved me this weekend as I have totally lost my voice I am croaking and whispering !

Oh Latte - this virus seems to be going round. I've another friend on here you hasn't been able to talk properly for 4 or 5 days.

Get well soon chica.

Hope you've all had good weekends, I really enjoyed having lovely spring weather and have made the most of it today.

Yesterday I discovered Lindt do a Wasabi flavoured dark chocolate and I just had to try my two favourite ingredients together mmmmmm. Now I have something else to sabotage my weight loss with.

To each his own. I really can't imagine wasabi and chocolate! Together . . .

I must admit to liking strange chocolate flavours ie chilli, strawberry and black pepper, salty caramel.

If you've tried and liked chilli chocolate then give the wasabi one a go as it's very similar with a warming effect with the richness of the chocolate.

Love chilli choc, need to look out for wasabi, hubby would love thst one.

Hmm chilli choc. I would like this I'm sure.

Been mega busy today. Cut the grass, weeded a massive part of the garden, washed windows, hoovered throughout, scrubbed external doors and canopy, done lots of washing, unpacked last boxes, put clothes away, cooked chicken dinner, ran around after kids and I forgot to eat except the chicken dinner but had a bottle of wine - oops. I got a new push bike today though so going to be biking on a night do hoping that helps. Monday tomorrow BOO x

2.25 on for me this week. Deserved though as I had my first flexi syn night on Thursday and enjoyed a Chinese buffet. Starting an exercise plan today, c25k and 30ds so hopefully see some results here, In size if not on scales. I want to get to a size 12 by end of April for my holidays, am a 14 at the moment. Should be do-able I think x

Flexi syns are still controlled though aren't they? Didn't think they'd result in a gain :( Hope the food was yummy anyway.

Well I've not posted in a few days. I went to London Friday for the day & to see Wicked, ate LOADS!!! Struggled since then as I just don't seem to want to stick to plan.

Lou - I'm doing a couple of days on FF, it's tough but it works.

Morning Peeps - Well some of the bloat from the incredibly long journey home has gone and I weighed in at 1½ lbs up from 9 days ago - a "squeak" under 12 st.
And I mean a "squeak". When I convert my kg weight to stones & pounds it comes out at 11st 13.99 lbs.
And I vowed I would never go over 12 st ever again! Phew - that's close.

That makes me 4lbs over target (after a gain of 2½ lbs during my target celebrations week) - so just outside of maintenance range.

So 100% back on plan for the next few weeks as it will no doubt take me far longer than the 2 weeks it took to gain the 4lb gain to get rid of it again.

I am going to try really hard this week as I want to be on the norty step next week as I'm going to try and lose half the gain!

Yeah, tbh it was probably better called a night off plan - i didn't even work the syns out, just enjoyed the night! I'm not sure how much effect that had though as i'd already been showing a gain before the night out, but that coincides with * week too
