The really slow loss team!

Thanks I have just been using the food diaries given in class.
I plan everything and write it all down so I don't know if sas logs will work. Where do I get them from please ?
I have on a pot of super speed bean soup so fingers crossed this helps

hey hun, its very different to a food diary its more in depth and would be your next port of call and im surprised your c didnt offer them to you since you still cant see where your going wrong hun. you need to get them from group, so may have to wait until next week unless you c is willing to drop some off for you or allow you go to a different group of hers to pick some up. they force you to be brutally honest with yourself about many aspects of what you are eating, its not just a case of writing down what your having, i think they would help you hun. x
 
It was a stand in consultant as ours is away on holiday so I will ask next week.

The stand in consultant looked at my 4 weeks diaries and said I was doing everything right but maybe not eating enough free food not superfree, but free ie eggs yoghurt and not sure what else as I don't eat meat.
I have paid for another 6 weeks so not giving up just yet although I am tempted.
Hi Latte - are you doing EE? There are lots of us here for whom it doesn't work at all. I just overeat dreadfully on it.

I switched back to Red / Green and although my losses are slow I am losing. I do 4 red per week and 2 green with the 7th usually being EE or green if I need an extra pasta hit!

I also don't skimp when it comes to syns !!! :eek: I use my total 15 every day, usually for the odd glass (or 3) of wine!

Might be worth talking to your C about this as well if you aren't already doing Red / Green.

Good luck chica and don't give up. It really is just about finding out what works for you.
 
You can see my diary in my link but it is mainly green days as I don't eat meat with the odd red day to restrict carbs.
I tried EE and lasted two days as it just isn't for me.
 
right i am starting a food diary again on minimins as i find the one on the sw website takes far too long to find everything also if i write t on here and im going a bit off course i know that one of you lovely ladies will be able to help me with where i am going wrong. im also doing a paper food diary at home. got 2 poorly babies at home today and i feel rubbish myself so today is going to be hard but if i can get through today i can get through any day!!

As you probably know, the only thing that keeps me on the straight and narrow is my paper diary. I too find the one on the SW website a bit of a faff and it is soooo much easier to scribble it down as I actually eat it. Have you set up your diary somewhere (or am I in need of another visit to Specsavers)? Let me know and I'll try and help out if I can.

Chin up chica. The whole day can seem a bit daunting when you are feeling pants so just take today a few minutes at a time and get through it.
 
yeah i did have one and i copied and pasted the link to my sig but when i clicked on it it took me to the ticker website which is very very odd??? so im going to set up a new one now and ill copy and paste the link and would you mind letting me know if it worked or not please hunni

well i normally skip brekkie or just have a banana and im starving by now so i had a big bowl of porridge with chopped banana and im still full hurrah!! having an ee day though today with feeling poo i need carbs so ive used my a and b up now lol, im also going to limit my syns to 5 a day when i can just to try get things moving again. we all feel rubbish but i think i may drag us all out this afternoon to get the ingredients to the chicken korma out of the curry heaven cook book, a bit of exercise and fresh air will hopefully give us all a much needed pick me up!

Well here we are again, another Wednesday another WI tonight.

Why do I always view it nervously? :)
I feel like a schoool-girl being sent to the head for some misdemeanour lol!!

Been ok this week doing red/green. That way I can have four hex`s (2 of each). Was starting to crave cheese on EE and couldn`t have it and have milk for my tea (drink gallons of the stuff!!).

Cheese on toast with mushrooms cooked in fry light for lunch mmmmmm......

Bright and sunny in Liverpool so I am going out for a walk I still feel all out of sorts after yesterdays weigh in.

well i didnt make it out, i feel shocking!! i wont under syn felicity :) i promise!! i like sauces on stuff so my syns goes on this anyway..ooh i couldnt live without my sauces and gravies lol!!

i think the weather constantly changing is to blame for my stinker of a cold, i never get colds grrr.

well i spent the morning cooking and cleaning to keep myself from picking and so far so good!!! ive made a lovely batch of purees for my lil babba and me and the toddler had a very healthy lunch so im hoping my kick up the bum mission to eat more super free will help to get rid of this cold pronto!! im not going to get out now to get the ingredients for my komra out of the curry heaven book so im going to attempt to make my own just using stuff i have in lol, wish me luck it may be a wash out hahaha
 
Well I did it: lost 2.5lb this week so total loss so far 1 stone 1.5lb which was my aim as my first goal was lose weight for my holiday in Egypt next week:D
It has been slow but worth it: I feel so much healthier and all my lovely holiday frocks fit again!:)
Back on plan on my return but shows that you mustn't give up when the bad times come along:p
I changed to red days this week and what a difference a change makes:)
