So the plan is to carry on Red aNd watch portion sizes, reduce SnaX, reduce fruit and swap with veg. Use heb/HEA in meals.
So no more eating a hole pot of Asda Rhubarb & Vanilla Yoghurt pots in one go - even if they are free...

Pepper quorn salad with pickled onions 200 cals
Small portion of asda yoghurt 50 cals
Cauliflower cheese made with f/f and low low spread HEA 350 cals
Spicy roast pumpkin 100 cals

aldi trifle 200 cals 10 syns
Slightly over 1200 cals I would say.
