On week two. Put on 0.5 lb was a bit disappointed as I only had one day off But think it was because my tom came and I started doing the insanity workouts so had water weight.
Day one.
Weight: 10stone 3.5lbs
Breakfast: 2 eggs, mushrooms, slender choice sausage, tomato,wheaten bread (8syn) butter (4 syn), milk allowance (hexa)
Snack: mullerlight
Lunch: omlette with 2 eggs, 1 egg white, spinach, baby corn, tomato, mushroom, bacon, jalapeños, hot sauce (0.5syn)
Snack: mullerlight, rice cake (2.5)
Dinner: steak, chips
