Mmmm, another vote for pickled onions from me. I tried the Waitrose balsamic ones the other day, delicious!

Hope you're feeling better Leah. I can totally relate to be obsessed with the scales, I weigh 3 times a day - once in the morning, again when I get in from work, and before I go to bed. We should start a support group, scales anonymous! :eek: x
 
Haha i know :p ive only ever had it once before.and it was quite nice :) i ended up having chicken breast with extra light philly and 2 poached eggs :) xx

I could eat A wholeee jar of pickled onions! But there limited so i only have 4-5 :( booo

Salmon....

Make an omelette with it and as a side dish a huge dollop of cottage chese.

Dry fry in a pan and then add yogurt flavoured with lemon and dill.

Slice quarter of onion and some garlic, place this on a piece of foil, place salmon on top, wrap up in foil and cook in oven for 20mins. Very yum, and up to you if you eat the onion as the small amount is classed as a condiment.

Mix yogurt and dijon mustard (own quantities) put salmon in an overproof dish, smear yogurt mix all over the top and cook for 20min or so. Be careful not to burn the yogurt.

Put uncooked salmon, ginger, corriander and small bit of onion into a blender and mix it really well. Then take spoonfuls and make them into fishcakes and fry until cooked. Serve with yogurt dip of choice.

Hope that helps LOL....i like salmon, both fillets and smoked.

Naughty me found the scales.... Couldnt wait to jump on them! 10 stone 7 &1/2 this morn, still 1lb up on saturdays weight, so glad i didnt see the damage sunday morning or monday morning! Xx

D - i may have dippy eggs and steak soldiers :)

Welcome hun.

I had eggs and dukan bread soilders for my lunch. I like to get the extra thin ham and use them like a wrap. Put egg in the middle, roll it up and ham and eggs yum!!
 
ooo dippy eggs goes with anything and everything!! proper miracle food lol.

i weighed this morning and im not writing it down yet as it seems too good to be true! so if im the same tomorrow then i shall share :p

L - 1 packet of beef and 1 packet of ham (sorry, couldnt be bothered to make anything last night!)
D - i am going to attempt to do something with my salmon fillets tonight... maybe grilled salmon, poached eggs and asparagus...

Intriuged about your weight now, fingers crossed for tomorrow. I am like that though, I weigh one morning and think, blimey thats good but it won't stay like that so I can't say I've lost that LOL, but really you have, just because it changes again the next day doesn't mean that you didn't reach that weight.
 
I suppose you could say that! Thats a very good way of saying it :) the issue i have now is im off to the cinema tonight and the bf wants to take me to the amazing gorgeous irresistable all you can eat indian next door.

Im thinking of this 2 ways:
Way 1 - doesnt matter as after 2 weeks in spain im going to be restarting dukan to rid the holiday weight (and more!)
Way 2 - all this means is ill have to loose 1 or 2lb more after holiday...

Do you think i can have a day off, seeming as its only 3 days til hols...

Up your protien too. Your food qtys dont look very big and becareful with the pre-packed meats xxx

I thought i was eating quite a lot lol. And yeah i dont often have pre packed ham but didnt prepare so had to run into tesco this morning :( ive packed the other salmon fillet up for tomorrows lunch so ill be having that and then some other meat for my tea... Are eggs classed as protein because im having those near enough every day xx
 
Yeah eggs are protien. I just eat so much xxx
