Oh, whenever I do the plank exercises that shocking pain cones back in the back of my thigh, any ideas what it could be? It doesn't hurt at all doing any of the other exercises only when I get into plank position and do the exercises!!! Weird!
Dunno doll.... ask the doc when you go next ? And if you show her, I am sure she will know you is working hard at your new figure
