so thats mon tue step 3 done no cheating will get a morning weigh in tomorrow to see what the score on the door is think there might be a pound or 2 gain but will just go with water if there is. my bodys reluctance to give up any pounds is making more determined to stick to the diet so at some point there will be movement. not this week as out and about at weekend but fairly quiet the week after and where as if i had a safety net to fall back on id probably be a little more lacks about the whole thing but as there s not im sticking with it

so day 3 of step 3 so far have gained 2.5 lb not exactly thrilled but will just keep powering on not looking forward to next cambridge weigh in but its got to come off at some point not exactly sure why despite 100% behaviour i ve lost so little but its got to come off at some point. all im focusing on is keeping to the 1000 cals with exceptions of days out.
still actually more and more determined but please diet gods give me a break soon
well i ve had my weekend off and it was very enjoyable fri i had a bowl of soup and a roll, then went out for an indian meal. had a methi curry and a lentil side dish fraid the peswari nan was to much and had some of that too, two skinny lattes and that completed the fri total
sat well dinner as described no potatoes and a hell of a lot of wine and vodka and coke. not sure of calorific value but i doubt it was small.
right back on it today so far wheetabix and soup going to have a porridge soon. im keeping off the scales at the mo as it doesn t seem to be going my way but after a good week of step3 i ll have a peek. very pleased that i ve got myself right back on track

back from weigh in and half a pound off well chuffed so that puts the total that i lost this week at 4.5lbs thank the diet gods! this week im out every night so expecting carnage but going to try and make as many good choices as i can don t have an offical weigh in til 5th of jan. my plan is to go back to step 3 over the rest of jan and hopefully get back to this weigh then step up.
dec goal is to stay in the 10s even if only by thew skin of my teeth, fingers toes and any thing else thats crossable!

Oh no :-( You too? The diet gods can't stand me at the moment as the scales have barely (and stingily) crept down this month .... but I can't stand them either right now, so in revenge I'm ignoring them and just carrying on with my SS and water stingy b'stards. But Glad to hear that with your brilliant 4.5lbs loss things are moving for you again xx
Are you planning to relax a bit on Christmas day? What's everyone planning to do? My counsellor is coming to see me on the 29th, but I've kept my willpower strong by promising myself my body weight in protein on the big day so tough ha!
