Do you know, I think I will.
I've bravely put on my running kit on realising I have no planned activity today but my legs feel like elastic bands at the back. Maybe I should hoop and do weights instead.. or is that a cop out?!
Do it!!! Mine is weighed and hasn't been used in ages but I remember it hurts my stomach when I spin it lol!! So perhaps I should borrow from the neighbour too lol
I've spied a hoop in the neighbours garden, I get along with her very well so may borrow it and see how I compare
