The "whatever" Exercise Challenge

although getting up from my desk right now seems a challenge in its self, I think I found muscles I didn't even know existed !
Ha ha Ra Ra - same here but I love that feeling! Makes me feel like I'm doing something well. I even got up a couple of times today going "ooh...that's painful."

Well done on doing every day - today's just day 2 for me so I'm suitably impressed with you doing 10 days already!! Keep it up :)

I did my 20 mins of hooping last night. Makes my tummy muscles ache. Not sure if that means my form is good or not  it seems to be much harder with the lighter hoop. I suppose it makes sense as you need to work harder to keep it up as there is less momentum

I just did 15 mins of just dance using the ps4 camera. That is hard work!! Did 5 songs so estimating 3 mins a pop.

Worst bit is it plays bits back to you at the end!!!

I have discovered an exercise section though that I may examine another day

Will do my hooping later.

Hahaha yes that was "just dance"

Just ringing the changes a little

I've just ordered a kettle bell dvd for beginners too.

Maybe. See how long it lasts this time hahah

Don't start me off on another one! I'll run out of room haha.

I've always fancied one of those exercise balls but have zero space for one! I imagine they could make things easier or harder depending how you used it.
I've failed miserably on the exercise front today- just so tired. Unless yomping round mobile phone shops trying to get it repaired counts.. *clutches at straws*

I didn't hoop as spent the evening building my new BBQ!! Good thing I did the dancing!!

Yes the balls do take up space. I ordered wrong size first time & so they we have an extra that my daughter uses for all kinds of bouncing - usually right smack in front of tv! It is worth it tho - my ball doubles as my chair at my dressing table so keeps it out of way a bit.

Did my 75 squats this evening. Form improving, ar*e in agony tho! ;)

Ok is it like a blow up one? I have one. I bought it years ago and then had it whilst pregnant. I had to deflate it because of space though :(

For some reason it totally passed me by that that's what we meant. It was when you mentioned your daughter bouncing around and it reminded me of another reason why mine got deflated....she used to dive bomb it from the sofa. Not so safe with bubs around!!

Look what just arrived. Now I'm going to have to do it

Good luck ladies! I have never latched on to the kettlebells exercises though they are great for you. May dust off the one I have in my closet to add to squats (which I've also been doing without weights @craftermary). Gorgeous pic of the rhino btw. We had something similar with dolphins and it was great fun hunting them around the city!
