Keeping positive is so important, I find the best way to keep on track is to stay out of the kitchen and try and get upstairs and have a pamper, shopping is also great to keep you more body focused and you'll start to notice a difference physically. As soon as you slip up and go off the rails with food, if your quite low in confidence, it can knock you off and put you in a bad place so just remember to smile and if you fancy something, have a little, or if you know you like the sweeter things in life, stock up with low syn treats and save your syns for the evening. I try and keep minimilks in the freezer as they are only 1.5 syns each!! Hope this helps xxx
