D-pork kebab with salad and pitta bread(1st HEXB)

Snacks-fat free yogurts,1 slice light cheese (HEXA),fruits,all-bran flakes (2nd HEXB)

Today we are going to the beach for a few days..so i dont think that i will be able to stay on plan but at least i will try not to over do it with syns.
I am going to resist to fried potatoes and all fried staff..try to eat healthy.
 
Goodmorning dear diary..
I had fabulus time with family at the beach for last couple of days..so i must admit i wasnt on plan at all. But that was vacations!

Today Wednesday 26/06/2013 try to get back on plan with less syns and...why not some exercise?????

I am sure that i am not reaching my target (30/06/2013) but as this might sound strange i feel more relax to continue with my plan and take it few more weeks..

For breakfast i am having linessa fat free 0.1 fruit yogurt (2 syns), 1 banana and later another fruit.
For lunch i brought with me bulgur with yogurt (2 syns) with brocolli and green beans.
Dinner its going to be rice or pasta with passata,onions,mushrooms,brocolli and green beans+ 1 light triangle cheese (HEXA)
Hope this plan will be enough for today, or plan b follows :d..which is + plus all bran flakes as HEXB.

Still having second ΗΕΧB.

Renewing my "check weight" appointment for next Wednesday 03/07/2013.

Yesterday pretty much as plan..had my healthy pasta at night water melon as snack and..2 more fat free 0.1 fruit yogurts (4 syns-total 6-8 per day)

Today Thursday 27/06/2013

continue with the same plan as yesterday...Green day.

B-fat free 0.1 fruit yogurt (2 syns),fruit.
L-leftover pasta from yesterday
S-Alpen lights HEXB
D-leftover pasta with more salad.

HEXA-its in pasta!

Today i started my day with syns :(..2 wafers(lets say 5 syns total)..
Desperately wanted something sweet!

B-fruits.
L-try to eat anything light..salad with vegs filled with mince.
D-seafood buffet.

Snacks..anything without syns..having the above plan still have for snacks HEXA and HEXB, fruits.
 
Nasty weekend..of course not on plan..
Wedding reception buffet, etc...

Planning a new week most of them red days, success express + exercise!
 
Yesterday i went to a friends wedding and felt bad about my legs..

I am going to give another chance and change that with exercise..hopefully next event i will look much slimmer..

Todays plan is:

S-HEXA-light cheese with, slice turkey(HEXB), tomatoe and HEXB-2 wholemeal bread.
L-pulses with lettuce.
D-bulgur with passata and fat free yogurt+boiled brocolli and green beans as salad.

on 12 july i am going on vacations so hopefully in 2 weeks time with diet and exercise will make difference..

Red day

B-cherries.
S-HEXA-light cheese with, slice turkey, tomatoe,cucumber and HEXB-2 wholemeal bread.
L-vegs cooked with olive oil (syns if its not my second HEXB for today) with pork mince,passata,onions+salad.
D-grilled beef with brocolli and green beans and HEXA-2 cheese on top of vegs.

B-28gr oats hexb1 with fat free yogurt and melon
L-risoto with extra green salad. no olive oil
D-omelette with green pepper,1 slice turkey hexb2,1 slice light cheese hexa1 on top, with green salad. no olive oil.

Snacks: fruits and vegs, minimise syns since yesterday i was out to the park with friends and kids and had a little bit of everything!!!

Checked my weight still the same..but i have notice that my shape is changed. My pants are not so tight as before and the same my tummy..
I am going to give my self a break from sw since i am going on vacations with family tomorrow. For sure i am going to try to be good as it concerns syns and eat lots of super free foods.
This week will give me energy and hopefully i will be back and continue with sw and exercise.:)

s-melon
l-leftover pasta(passata,cube,hexa1 cheese)+ boiled green beans with brocolli and soy sauce.
s-grapes fruits,2nd coffee
d-2 egg omelette with tomatoes,mushrooms green pepper, no olive oil at all!

syns: just couldt resist to mexican pitta bread with light cheese on it..i should probably count it as hexb2 and hexa2. 1 crawl(2 syns)
