Goodmorning dear diary..
I had fabulus time with family at the beach for last couple of days..so i must admit i wasnt on plan at all. But that was vacations!
Today Wednesday 26/06/2013 try to get back on plan with less syns and...why not some exercise?????
I am sure that i am not reaching my target (30/06/2013) but as this might sound strange i feel more relax to continue with my plan and take it few more weeks..
For breakfast i am having linessa fat free 0.1 fruit yogurt (2 syns), 1 banana and later another fruit.
For lunch i brought with me bulgur with yogurt (2 syns) with brocolli and green beans.
Dinner its going to be rice or pasta with passata,onions,mushrooms,brocolli and green beans+ 1 light triangle cheese (HEXA)
Hope this plan will be enough for today, or plan b follows :d..which is + plus all bran flakes as HEXB.
Still having second ΗΕΧB.
Renewing my "check weight" appointment for next Wednesday 03/07/2013.
