There is no tomorrow i am doing it today!

Last night ate pork kebab with salad olive oil as syns. Lunch nothing just a fresh juice no time for lunch.

Red day today.
Breakfast was omelette with tomatoes and light cheese plus 1 coffee.

Lunch boiled rice with a huge plate full of green,red,orange pepper, cucumber,tomatoe.
 
Dinner- birthday buffet just had pork kebab and fruits.
Enjoyed a chocolate bar for snack.:)

Breakfast-1 cereal bar
Lunch-Buffet for a baptism. I had lots of salad with oil (syns), yogurt (syns) and pork,chicken barbeque.
Dinner-rice with green,red,orange pepper, cucumber,tomatoe and fruits(melon,watermelon)-ate big portion:(

Breakfast-cucumber,tomatoe-1 triangle light cheese
Snack-melon,peach.
Lunch-pulses with salad
Snack-fruits,cereal bar
Dinner-Bulgur with yogurt (syns here it wasnt fat free maybe 3.5-4 syns)

Try to drink at least 2litres water today.-I had less than 2 litres i think but thats ok.

Red day today

I am having for breakfast cherries, peach, apricots and 1 light triangle cheese(HEXA), i feel a little bit hungry so 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice ham,tomatoe, 1/4 pitta bread.
Snack 1 cereal bar(HEXB), 1 zero Coca cola
Lunch boiled chicken with lemon, 1 slice cheese and salad.
Snack fruits
Dinner pork kebab and salad.

Last night ate pork kebab with salad with no olive oil but couldn't resist the pitta bread too..:(

Try to avoid syns today as much as i can and why not? try to do success express for 3 days before my next weight.
I am having for breakfast all bran flakes (HEXB1) and fat free yogurt.

so dinner was big portion of pasta with passata and yogurt (syns) and fruits.

B-2 boiled eggs 1 tomatoe,1 triangle light cheese (HEXA1)
S-all bran flakes (HEXB1),Apple,peach,cherries..etc
L-pork steak with salad
S-alpens(HEXB2),fat free yogurt
D-pork mince with passata,onions,garlic with salad

Going to the beach in the afternoon!!!
 
Really dissappointed of myself for yesterday..i was so good at work..had lots of fruits, healthy breakfast and when i got home ate pork steak with pasta cooked with lots of oil and tomatoes..synsssss
dinner i had pork kebab with pitta bread counted as syns since i already had my HEXB.

Now sitting at my office at work, eating my all-bran flakes (HEXB) with fat free yogurt and thinking my today plan!

Well..for Lunch we are going out for business lunch with colleagues..There i have to eat lots of salads and only healthy cooked meat probably.
Success Express today for sure!
Drink lotss of water and plan my beautiful weekend!:)
As for dinner..i am thinking of cooking grilled breams or salmon:) with salad.
 
saturday and sunday got off plan.so monday new start.
i am waiting for period so its hard to resist on real chocolate

New start today! After a weekend off plan!

For breakfast i am having fat free yogurt with fresh fruits and snack green peppers.
Lunch is going to be baked pasta (tricolore pasta, with peas, green beans,mushrooms,onions,passata,tomatoe, olive oil(syns) and 1 slice light cheese (HEXA) + plus salad).
Snacks more fruits probably cherries:).
Dinner is going to be the same as lunch with leftovers.
I am saving HEXB all bran flakes for late at night + plus more cherries.

Yesterday was a pretty good day..lots of fruits and enjoyed my bake pasta, as well as eggs:)..Syns yesterday was limited to olive oil!

For breakfast i am having fresh cool cherries..and maybe fat free yogurt.
Lunch i am having bake pasta(leftovers!- i should cook smaller portions!!! xaxaxaxa!)
Dinner-Bulgur with passata and fat free yogurt +plus super free food(tomatoes,cucumber,green peppers)
As for snacks- just cherries and melon! giam giam!

HEXA goes to 1 slice light cheese with lunch
HEXB later for snack all-bran flakes and olive oil

L-vegs like pumpkin,onions,peppers filled with pork mince(passata,onions,parsley,egg) and olive oil(syns)
D-pork kebab with salad.

Snacks are cherries and fat free yogurts.
Saving my HEXA 1 slice light cheese for late snack with pitta bread as second HEXB.

these 2 last days i am trying to minimise syns to 5 per day and for the rest of the week..i hope that will help loose 2-3 lbs this week.
 
felt really sick last night and ate pizza with lots of salad..thats ok continue today..
