There is no tomorrow i am doing it today!

Good morning my dear diary:)!

Yesterday was a pretty good day..Sticked to the plan and had for lunch as planned bulgur with tomatoes and mushrooms and for dinner brocolli yiammi with cheese (2 slices HEXA-1 slice low fat cheese and 1 slice light cypriot halloumi) and 1 boiled egg, and a few pasta.
No syns at all maybe few because of cheese! Good for me!!!
This morning again checked my weight the same loss, -1kg..so 5 more to loose.

Tonight i am going out for dinner with friends..so there we are having delicious cypriot mezedes..:)

I am going to try and keep just pork, chicken with salad to my dish tonight..

So for breakfast i brought 2 alpen lights(1st HEXB) and 2 apples.
Lunch salad with turkey slices.

Save HEXA for tonight.
Success Express is again today!

Yey!!! I have just received a compliment from a friend of mine in work about my figure..yes! i think that i lost only 2 kilos but inches from my legs kai tammy as well and it is shown now!
Keeps me happy and looking forward to continue!!!

Yesterday night salmon, pork kebab with tomatoe and cucumber. Had half pitta bread + 2 light bars.+ fat free ice cream. :-( today more on plan.

B- 1 boiled egg, 1 apple, 1 peach, 1 Greek frappe no milk no sugar
L-salmon with salad or seafood salad-it was seafood salad
D-pork mince cooked slimming world bolognaise way with salad.-omelette with mushrooms,green pepper,tomatoe,1 slice light cheese HEXA.
syns: fat free ice cream-no more this week!,birthday treats.no sweets.
Fruits as snacks.:)

Green Day-back to the plan today as i was at the beach during the weekend and althought i had healthy foods i still had bigger amounts and 2 ice creams.
I brought for breakfast low fat fruit yogurt ( 200 gr-3 syns? i am not sure), 1 apple, coffee with no milk and no sugar.
For lunch boiled potatoes with onions, green beans, broccolli and 1 slice low fat cheese (1st HEXA)
And for dinner i am planning to cook bulgur with tomatoes and green peppers.

if i am hungry save 1 slice light cheese HEXA for omelette with tomatoe in the afternoon.

HEXB-all-bran flakes for night.-instead of that I had 1st HEXB 2 light bars and 2nd HEXB olive oil when I was cooking.
Fruits for snack late at night.

remember 3 days left for next weighing and looking forward to see another -1kgs.

Well last night couldnt resist and had all-bran flakes..so syns go for olive oil..
as well in the afternoon i wanted something sweet..i went to supermarket to get alpen lights as HEXB but i only found nestle fitness bars...:( i had 2 of them..i dont know how many syns are they..

2 days left for weighing..:)

Again green day for me..

For breakfast i am having 1 light triangle cheese (1st HEXA) with cucumber,green pepper and my coffee.
For Lunch leftovers from last night bulgur with tomatoes.(probably syns for 2 syns olive oil).
Dinner is potaoe puree + 1 slice light cheese (2nd HEXA) with fat free yogurt and steamed green beans.
snacks-apple,banana,omellette maybe if i am hungry.
HEXB-nestle cereal bars..i am going to try and find out how many syns are they..
 
well i dont know if this is correct but if i divide calories /20 then i get syns ?

so 93 calories per bar /20 = 4,65 :(:(:(===> that is probaply 10 syns!!! for 2 bars and thats because the supermarket didnt had alpen lights! grgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgr..
That's it..i am changing supermarket!!!
 
10 syns per day..i hope that wont stop me from loosing..
 
i tried to count all of my syns this week..and they are above 85 i believe..i shouldn't be waiting to have a loss tomorrow i think..:(

i am not sure what day its going to be today..i have just bought alpen lights and already had 2 for breakfast (1st HEXB).

I am going to try again today to have green i think..
Last night i had just an omelette with 2 eggs, 2 big mushrooms and 1 slice light cheese.

Today for lunch i didnt bring anything with me at work..because i dont think there is going to be free time..so later maybe an omelette or a quick salad with eggs and later at night pasta with passata,herbs,1 slice light cheese (HEXA) and steamed vegs which propably will be green beans,mushrooms.

So thats it for today..:) I hope today i am going to continue with my no syns plan.

For breakfast i forgot to bring anything with me..:(
So Lunch will be grilled chicken with salad.
Dinner will be pork mince cooked bolognaise way with salad and 1 slice low fat cheese.
 
just had all-bran flakes for breakfast.
 
Lunch - rice with vegs and eggs and cheese
Dinner - vegs with eggs.. Too tired to cook anything else..
Late at night 1 Alpen light, 1 apple
 
Really dissappointed this week...Checked my weight again today and its still exactly the same..:(

I started to think that i will not reach my target at target day.

Anyway
I am changing to red days as i think they help me more...

So today i had for breakfast 2 alpen light (1st HEXB). For snack i am having 1 apple and 1 banana. Try to drink more water at work and try to reduce salt too.
For lunch i am having rosted pork with green salad.
Dinner..i am thinking of cooking bolognaise pork mince with salad and 1 slice light cheese.

I am not positive enough today..oufffff...

besides all that..i am cutting off syns to minimum 5 a day..i hope that this will help..
olive oil i think because i use it to cook and salad.
