Awww thanks Jackie :) I was just wondering if I'd missed something because when I clicked on it it just went off!!

I missed my breakie actually - before SW I never used to have anything but now I feel so much better when I do!

I'm just waiting to see if someone gets back to me today about an appointment this afternoon and if not... I'm going to "pump some iron" on the Wii :) I flaming well love that thing!

I've already done some serious walking this morning so I'm doing good today :)

Im a little rattled... I think it's my star week.

I only learnt about "star" weeks last week and now I seem to here about it left, right and centre. Although I can be loud at sometimes - I never expected to tell a group of around 40 people about my menstrual cycle! Haha.

Anyway - I am rattled... And really happy. I honestly can't make my mind up today. Am I happy or am I not? Since this is my diary I'm gonna list them and see if I can decide from that how I feel.

I am happy because...

* I've lost one stone and 5 pounds and a lot fitter than I have done in years.
* I start my beauty therapy course on Monday.
* I have had interest from my website this morning.
* I have had another booking yesterday.
* I'm going on holiday in less than a month.

I am not happy because...

* I feel like people are treating me bad. "friends" from my old work are starting to disappear off the edge of the planet.
* I want to be earning more money - hubby does overtime on both his days off. We're litterally talking sometimes I can earn £40 for a whole week.
* I don't feel like I'm reaching my goals quick enough (weight wise) I know it's a slow process but I really wanted to do a stone a month for as long as I can get away with it but this is the second month and I'm 9lbs away from 2 stone with 2 weeks left :( it's not going to happen.

Yeah - that didn't help. I've just stood up and eaten...

* Deluxe Double Chocolate Hi Fi bar (wow - have you tried them? First one I've had and they're gorgeous!) (HEXB)
* a piece of cheese (HEXA)
* asda tikka chicken (free)

At least my mini binge is not stuff that's bad!

Anyway - hubby will be home in an hour... It's just so grim when I want big weight changes and it just doesn't happen. I think this is mostly because the WI yesterday was alot less than what I think I've lost

Ok since the last post was so grim... I thought I'd liven things up with this photo.

We were driving along today and found a bin truck with naughty bin men in.

Hubby spotted it a mile off - I wonder why!

ok my turn for being positive:D
rewrite your list listing your achievements,
from your diary i would list them as
1 losing 7% of your self in less than 2 months

2 starting a new buisness by your self

3 starting a new course to expand your buisness

4 making your new virtual friend laugh despite currently being a loon

5 and surviving living in widnes !!!!:8855::8855:

6 having an extremly positive outlook that is quite infectious

hope your feeling better x

simple answer to that is they are not 'friends'sweetie but you will make new ones and the right ones :) you are a lovely girl
* I want to be earning more money - hubby does overtime on both his days off. We're litterally talking sometimes I can earn £40 for a whole week.
that will soon improve you are a new business it takes time

accepting that is the hard bit. its like we decide to lose weight and want it gone. just like that but lifes not like that, but the good thing you have to put up with us for longer :D

Yeah - that didn't help. I've just stood up and eaten...

Aww thanks Mandy (you're totally right about Widnes! I was going to say my usual comment about the place but just incase others are from here... i'll refrain!)

Hubby is home now and things are a little better. I'm quite an independant person but it makes me feel like pooh that he's not having a day off just to keep our life as comfortable as it was when I had a full time job.

I'm just having my 'tea' and i'll yap more

Thanks again Mandy :) x

I like your list however as much as you don't feel you are reaching your weight loss goals fast enough you are continuing to make great progress. I know it's not fast but it's happening. If you keep up the progress that you are making, it really won't be long before you look back and really see just how far you have come. It's a great feeling.

And I also love the chocolate HiFi bar - yum yum. I have been known to eat a whole box in one go

Thanks Gail! I'm looking forward to that day that I can look back. I really feel that once I can say "I've lost two stone!" I'll be "there." I'm not sure where "there" is but I suppose it means I've made a proper start to this mammoth task and I'm on my way.

Those chocolate ones are amazing. Hubby tried one before and says the same phrase all the time "how can all that chocolate and flavour be a HEXB?!" the amount of times he's said that now is ridiculous!

I have answers to the 2.5lb lost when I thought it would be more... Listen up people! :(

I've been enjoying Asdas Ready To Eat Tikka Chicken Fillets. They're a 135g tray and are listed as "free" on the syn calculator along with the tandoori one but it does say 145g. (I have a feeling you ALL know where this is going...)

I saw the sweet chilli version that's not listed in any of my books or the SW website so we used the calculator to work out the ingredients... 11 syns. I was like "what the fudge do they put in it to make it that bad?" but stupidly I was already home with one purchased. I thought to myself that I'd just give it to someone to eat as there's really not a lot in the pack to make it worth sharing the syns with hubby...

Anyway - in my "healthy binge" before (remember that one Jackie?!) I walked in the kitchen with haste and grabbed the stuff I mentioned earlier and ripped open the chicken.. Damn it I'd opened the sweet chilli instead of the tikka! I wrapped it back up and ate the tikka one.

Cut to tonight... Hubby made tea and it wasn't good. In fact it was awful. I gave up on it and said to him "why don't we share the syns of the sweet chilli chicken - 5 and a half syns each?"

After trying them they had the same amount of flavour, etc as the tikka ones so why was one free and the other 11 syns?!

I dug the tikka tray out of the bin and working out the ingredients on the syn calculator... low and behold... 9 and a half syns. Now in fairness I've noticed now that if you search by name there is another bit that says "Tikka Chunks" but that says 1 syn!

Excellent. I had about 5 trays of it last week plus a small amount of syns (if you remember I was keeping them as low as possible)

So after this long message... The bottom line is thank FUDGE I did all that exercise because working out the ingredients must be spot on and I was clearly eating way too many syns - think of what I could have lost if I hadn't have eaten them?

Now I just need to erase the syns as i had a full tray of tikka before AND half of the sweet chilli one.

If I work my butt off on the Wii fit again hopefully I'll get the result I wanted this week, next week.

Ps. If you made it to the end... Mwah! And did anyone else think "Mmmmm - she's said fudge twice in this post and I love fudge" haha

I've included photos of the offending product for you to "boo!" at!

Booooooooo!

Ooo thanks for informing us on the syns Karen :)

Hope your feeling better in your self today!! You have already had great weight losses and 2.5lb is an amazing loss, I would be mega chuffed with that this week - we'll see. Anyway, have a fab evening :) xx

Thanks Bexyboo :)

I'm back to normal today... It's funny how these little clouds just pass overnight :)

2.5lbs is a good "chunk" off in a week but I've been seriously going at the Wii Fit and general exercise (over an hour a day considering I didn't use to do anything) that I expected it to make a big change (although I now know I was gobbling down the Tikka chicken like there was no tomorrow...!)

grrrr I want fudge now :8855: :8855:

joking

Oh dear. We all have these blips sweetie. I don't know if you read about it or not it was several weeks ago. I was doing a red day (hadn't done many had always done EE) Well I was being exceptionally good (unlike this week ) and I posted that I had made a lovely 'large' smash pizza yum yum. Someone innocently asked me about how to make it what was it like and I typed 'love them they are fab and remember they are free on green and ee'.... Then suddenly I had the lightbulb moment..... I was doing a red day :8855: everyone laughed and honest I was ribbed about it for days but it was 'funny'... do you know I've not had one since :8855:

I have had another god awful day sweetie so could you tell that blooming cloud to go by the morning so that I can be 100% again too! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Awww gutted !! Its crazy how you almost hear that light bulb 'ding' and its like.... AHHHHHHHHH FUDGE !! :8855:

This is the last of your bad days Jackie... tomorrow why dont you try and generally plan breakfast, lunch and dinner and set aside in your mind what you will eat when the fudge monster strikes?

That might sound like a stupid suggestion but its sort of what I do. :bunnydance:

Hello all !!

I'm back to my happy self :bighug:

At the end of the day... my issue with the chicken and too many syns is done. I am gonna work my butt off this week to hopefully see a BOOTIFUL loss :character00116:

I have had a good day work wise. I had two clients in today. It may not sound like much but we're talking £57 for today alone off those two people so its a very good day !! I have never met either lady before and I had a laugh with both of them

Anyway - I'm off to have my 'spag bol' without the spag !!

x
