Ok - I'm back!
Fell off the wagon for some reason that I can't even remember now but I've decided that this is it. I've got to tackle this last stone and a bit once and for all.
Weigh-in this morning was 11st 9.4lbs.

So here goes! I'm not going to do an Attack - instead I'm going to kick off with 3PP and then go to alternating PP/PV.

Today's food:

B: rhubarb (small amount) with sweetener, ginger, 1tbs wheatbran & ff nat yog
S: tin of mackeral fillets
S: slices of ham
L: tuna quiche
D: fish & eggs
S: oatbran porridge


Edited to add: Menu changes! Actual food consumed:-

It was lovely to read the welcome messages yesterday - thank you all x

I love this diet - it does exactly what it says on the tin! Yesterday was a 100% PP day and this morning I weigh 2lbs less - woo hoo!

Today's PP plan:

B: same as yesterday

The rest to follow as I have a Tesco shop coming in the next hour so I'll decide what to have as I unpack!

S: 2 ham & quark roll-ups and a tin of mackeral
L: oatbran porridge
S: 2 hardboiled eggs
D: chilli mince

That's true I've got just over a stone to lose so hopefully it won't take to long x
 
Another 1.6lb off this morning.

Another PP day today:

B: rhubarb, yog & wheatbran
S: hardboiled egg & a ham and quark roll-up
L: cottage cheese with a chopped up hardboiled egg & curry powder
S: oatbran, yog & sf jelly
D: mince
